I think that the algorithm of the drafts makes it mandatory to have 4 or 5 dead picks per draft, the problem are the good picks where you get an average 88 or 87 as maximum, in those picks I recommend if possible to choose a player with a low average (84 or less), so that it counts as a bad pick and you do not have to stay with an 88.
