Good work sebbo and we sincerely appreciate your work ethic but for that price Don, to convince a buyer to spend over $300k ( which is the same cost to buy a commercial building in a more prime location )there should've been a pool,small gym, steam and sauna ( they don't even have to be perfect) ,the landscaping ought to have more green outside and some amenities like electric fencing otherwise its beautiful property and I'd value it at a realistic 700m considering the Kira zip code and the size of land plus the cost per square meter to build this house.i hope you'll take it as constructive criticism on behalf of the owner of this estate sir.
