@@anitasamuels8821 what do you mean by South African standard? Maybe you don’t know Ghana 🇬🇭 and you need to go round and see proper homes and other properties !
@@fahadsnetwork7345. I'm married to a Ghanaian man and have been to Ghana so I know what I'm talking about. My husband is currently building a 5 bed house in Ghana and the many times that he has had to waste money redoing stuff because the tradesmen couldn't get it right, hmmm!!! You give tradesmen money and some of them don't return to complete the job. Most of them you would think they done the course halfway. Building in Ghana is a nightmare and standards leave a lot to be desired. I was asking my husband if there is a body that governs these tradesmen because their so called skills are very questionable. I have visited my husband's family in Ghana who also live in the diaspora and have built properties in Ghana and trust me they also complain that it's a challenge to find someone who can do a proper job with perfect finishing touches in Ghana.
In fact the house is outrageously priced. I don't see anything fascinating about this two bedroom house to deserve that amount . Anyway nice video ,keep up with the good job .
Very beautiful property and affordable as well...point of correction mr Addison, the toilet buttons are not for urine and solid but flush (the big one) and stop (the little one)...it’s a modern feature to save water so you can stop the flush should you not need the standard amount of water...thank you for this gem 💯 fantastic property! 😜
Hi I am not from Ghana and I also know that the country is doing what is needed to be done to develop the economy and every thing. I have seen the presentation of this house which by the way looks very nice even though there is no green space, but the road that axcess to it is not made of asphalt so what happens when it rains? It would be much better to have a better road. Who is responsible to rehabilitate streets and roads in Ghana?
On a positive note, in £ that's about £86,500, which isn't bad really. I would be interested in buying. Another point for the developer would be to have a cork stop fixture behind the doors to stop them from banging into the tiles/walls behind. Also like the ground floor windows that offers no visual inside but I would definitely have grills to stop burglars. I know they don't look great but I would prefer them personally. Good job, Mr Addison another great property video. Keep up the good works.
Yeah , am a Ghanaian living abroad but the amount is too much but well built. With that amount, I will build it and still have rooms upstairs, trust me .
Great presentation, nice and spacious place. I'm pretty sure the price is negotiable. That builder has really put some great thoughts to this project. Keep up the good work and be safe.
Why are people in Ghana building two bedrooms it make no sense at all because Ghana We are family oriented country most of the time we need more than one two or even three four bedrooms and now they're selling two bedroom suite for $140,000 Canadian this is way too much and it's crazy
@@etcanada6395 it seems you are Ghanaian. Please can you tell me the best and safest place for Canadians who want to live in Ghana. Also reasonable rent or house prices, close to school, shopping etc.... thanks
The idea of the speakers surround sound throughout the house is lovely they're lighting system is great too as well the master bedroom bath it is entirely too small entirely
Like the outside of the house but not soo on the inside. I feel the space wasn’t well used. You could have easily get two extra rooms. The bath had too many design going on hence maybe pushing the cost higher. Well done making the video.
I agree with you Naa Akyaa, it is too expensive especially if you look at the location, Dawhenya, which until recently was a just a village. I don't know how developers in Ghana do their valuation. I have always argued that they just don't do any quantitative process of determining a fair value. They just go with what they feel and that is bad for business It is more expensive buying a house in Ghana than in most places in the UK.
Very solid and well thought out. There are many developers in Ghana who are more considerate in their prices. It is called affordable luxury.. Imagine a beautiful house on a road not tarred. Quality not compromised .
This is one of the hazards of buying in close proximity to other houses, the gutters at the front sometimes can get blocked, especially when they build after you do. Also did you see that shading for the car, there really was none and that time of the day that our Property Hunter was filming. I would be coming from the UK, why no grass, no vegetation, I might as well stayin the UK. We need space for growing our own food. Love that the CCTV cameras are already installed, that's a good touch aswell as the app to open the gate and internal apps. Overall, really nice internals. The externals are a little disappointing.
Sewage treatment/toilet systems/water systems. Can you discuss this? It doesn’t matter how beautiful the frame of the house is if toilet doesn’t function properly, you might as well forget it.
These properties are not for your local ghanaians they are for those who are repatriating to Ghana but Ghana is more expensive right now because it's developed and they don't realize that it can cost them but people are moving there because they feel it's still more affordable compared to America.
I don't know if I would be able to control only a section of the Bluetooth speaker. Because if I want a music in the hall, I wouldn't need it in the bedroom
This builder got it right. The finishings are beautiful. The tile designs are consistent and not all over the place. The only downsides are the house is 2 bedroom and it lacks sufficient Green space.
This is a very nice house for me along but i need two bedrooms, soon to visit to see if i can make that move to make Africa my new home, and if i wil be welcome there.
Everything is electronic in the house. Can I use the WC when there is light out? Although the price is really high they have done very well with the interior designs.

I live in Rome. My husband and I bought a summer family home in Sicily. It has ocean views, and a 1/2 mile path leading to a beach, it has an outdoor eating area with fruit trees, lavender, rosemary and basil bushes surrounding the area. We have ancient olive, lemon, orange trees, it's a beautiful five bedroom 3 bath renovated 18th century villa on 8 hectares of land. We bought this RENOVATED property for only €120,000 . What you are asking for this property that has NO views, off of a dusty road in a country that is on the road to development, is NUTS. Greed is the downfall of Africa. This is waaaay over priced.🙄
I never understood why the remaining land is never larger for landscaping with grass, shrubs and fruit trees. Aren't we suppose to be more conscious of nature these days? Is this a Ghanaian style house? Its clean but it doesn't look like African origin architecture. Kenyan and Nigerian architecture are ones that really stand out.

Expensive???? Maybe that's because I live in MD and everything is overpriced. That's a great price. If that's expensive I'd love to see a good price. ♥️

Nice filled with mistakes sweet. lazy painters paint on everything. .Why is the CCTV box in the Kitchen? water heater in open kitchen?
