On 20th September, 2024, court dismissed Interlocutory application number 10 filed under order 1 Rule 10 of CPC. The proposed defendant received notice via RPAD and was called out in the open court, he remained absent; instead of placing him ex-parte the IA was dismissed. I believe dismissing IA is the mistake of the court?
