Carpets in a high-end property can be a bit of a head-scratcher for some and I totally get where you're coming from. Carpets in a $2M+ home can seem out of place. But, they might be there for comfort, noise reduction, or just personal taste. Luxury is subjective, right? Keep in mind that this is a model home, and the Builder showcase different options, ideas, and finishes, that cater to different palates for future homeowners.
