I used to love what was once called the City Church but I can’t decide what’s getting worse Judah’s attire or his watered down luke warm feel good message. I remember the days when he would get up and start speaking and the room would get uncomfortable because the holy spirt was convicting everyone in the room.
David James Did this message not convict you? It definitely did convict me. I've had an overwhelming amount of anxiety and depression and I've been trying to figure out what my problem has been. This message struck me because I've been trying to do things on my own without God, I've had this Messiah complex that I could help and save my own life with God in the background not the forefront. I was carrying an immense amount of weight and pressure because I was trying to do what only God/Jesus can do. I think this message is one of the most timely messages I have ever heard as everything in this life is now pointing to us and not Jesus. I think a lot of people can learn from this. But to each their own. I do hope that you find a message/church that helps build you up though bro!
