Looking like when we where there three weeks ago. Absolutely beautiful. Back in Norway we have snow now. Really want back but this videos are a great substitute :)
Great vid team. Totally sympathise with you on the rolly anchorage front. We seem to have had our fair share recently too! ⚓️
Nice video the weather will always tease you. As you know here in the UK there's a technical term for a warm sunny day following two wet days. Monday Lol
I am so looking forward to getting over there! We are anchored in Gibraltar now and heading straight to Sicily in a few days!
Nice video (again), your notion about Med. sailing is because you were at a"schedule". Been sailing the med for years, and if your life is not restricted by any form of schedule, or notion of having to get there by lunch.. It's just fab.
Living your peace. Simply splendid couple.
Please please stop the music when you’re talking
Completely feel your frustrations guys! Either 30 knots or none at all! Beautiful scenery though, loved it xx
Ahh... yes. This brings back memories of the fluky and frustrating winds of the Med. No wind, too much wind, perfect wind...subject to change to either too much or zero wind at any moment. Full sails up, REEF REEF REEF! Then motoring... then full sails... then REEEEEF! And repeat. ;) haha.
Another very informative video. Compulsive watching.... Sail Safe. Ant, Cid & the Pooch crew.
Just found your channel. Sorry I missed it earlier. I was initially interested because I was myself really interested in the Heavenly Twins when it was first introduced and so nearly bought one for weekend sailing. It is a really nice little cat with a lot of accommodation for her length but no greyhound! In the end got something else.
Great video enjoyed it many thanks
So congrats to the marriage, great move! Best Piet
Check out the 1950s style iconic photo of Ryan (if were in black and white) at
Really enjoy these. In film production, lotta money is spent to replicate ambient sound. Love that you keep the actual sound-just good filmmaking and storytelling. Wonder if you’ve thought about approaching the makers of your camera, computers, etc for sponsorship or equipment donations? I’m broke, all I can do is clap and say, “More!”
We totally share your frustration!! Too much wind ....too little...wrong direction 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Oh the Med , keeps you guessing always, at least you wont get bored , take care
great video as usual
Glad to see you guys crossing the strait of Messina as Odysseus once did. Since you like cultural info, according to Homers Odyssey, Odysseus crossing that strait had to face two gigantic monsters Scylla(sounds familiar??) and Charybdis. Scylla(which in Greek means female dog or bitch), was a six headed monster on the one side and Charybdis a whirlpool on the other side. Hence the idiom "Between Scylla and Charybdis". I guess sailors in ancient times must have encountered some really rough waters there. Keep them coming guys!
