Well you are Jerax, and we all thank you for that. You changed how pos4 was being played, you stuck with n0tail through multiple roster changes and won, that’s how good you are. To be able to come in everyday being so consistent and knowing your team mates can always rely on you to save them.

Well said. Everyone else on the roster had some exciting label: the wonderkid, the pub star, the coach-turned-player, and the drama-ridden flower boy. Meanwhile, through all of the OG drama, Jerax was just performing over and over again, always with a smile on his face. Humble, loyal, consistently top level. What a guy.
Dara Otl yeah man. But who was the most consistent right? Every day jerax comes in doing all these small tiny plays that saves ana or topson or ceb, but he doesn’t get noticed. Remember that fight where he bought back as earthshaker and saved ana from the bloodseeker and turned the entire fight around?? Topson and ana got all the praise but it was all jerax

Even Jerax, after his TI6 loss, sat on the stairs and cried. This is arguably, the best dota playmaker in the history of Dota2. Even he had to go through failure, experience the pain and the loss to come through and lift the Aegis, twice in a row.
If this doesn't give us all hope, I don't know what will. Pain, loss, desperation - these are all facts of life. Just push on and count on your loved ones to be there for you.
I remember following his stream when earth spirit came out because how else do you learn to play a hero like that. And I think I only did because I recognised him as singsongs teammate. Always seemed like he was having fun so I ended up watching his streams for like 3 years before completely giving up dota. Didn't even know he won TI let alone 2 of them until recently.
What a great guy man, totally deserve to be one of the GOAT. Thanks for everything

This guy meme'd in Grand Finals of TI9, in game 4. How calm do you have to be in that situation to see that you can joke and not be ridiculed? Actually insane player, one of the best of all time. Hope he decides to become a coach or something and teach us noobs his godlike ways of reading the game.
New to Dota. Love watching all these older games and videos to learn. Just started actually playing today though. Would you mind telling me which part in game 4 he memed? Noob here lol
i believe its the fight they have outside radiants Tier 3 top tower when gyro first gets his diffusal blade. They end up winning that fight and as they chase down the last hero, jerax tosses the enemy at the ancient camp farther away from them because memes. At least thats how i remember it, they were either chasing omni or bristle in their own triangle.
@@davidschaffer9914 It was the timing when io hits level 15 and og go around killing Liquid players and bb 1st time (as he had aegis).. bb was running for his life when tiny threw him to the ancient stack. We can see in TI video reaction, notail was scared like bb might run away but jerax is like chill bro ..just meming ez kill :P

A lot of people think that winning that amount of money overthrows everything else, but what we don't see is the amount of pressure they're in and the every day routine of grinding to be able to get there. There comes a point in everyone's life when we realize the prize isn't worth the sacrifices anymore. There's a moment when it stops being fun and eventually you feel empty. A lot of people are sad to see him retire because he's such an amazing player, me being one of them, but now I fully understand. Thank you for opening up about this Jerax. And thank you for your sick game plays. You will forever be a legend.
Well winning two TIs make him a millionaire. Would he have retired if he wasn't a millionaire with two TIs on his belt? Probably not.

ana also a GOAT,...correction, all OG 2018-19 Roster are GOATs, but ana thou, only a pro in just 3 Years and within that 3 years he only played 1and a half year of DotA and within that 1 and a half year he won 2 Majors and 2 TIs while almost all of the pro players in DotA even struggles to get a single Aegis in 2/more years,...

He stayed instead of going to other top tier teams and decided to rebuild with his 2 more teammates. He can say that its so worth it staying with his friends, rebuilding and winning TI.
