my niece owned a piece of land in california that had a gold mine. when she decided to build on this land, the FEDS came swooping down and told her,...SHE IS NOT ALLOWED, THAT THE GOD MINE BELONGED TO THE FED. that was the end of that dream. ONLY IN THE USA.
