nah but spearshot is fucking based for instantly calling him out like that
Until he started going after Caedrel for talking to Baus, ending with saying stuff like "technically it wasn't in the rules to not go into opponents streams." So no, F him

Respect for not hooking Vel’koz. Even with money on the line the tournament is held up by some level of mutual understandings and there’s no reason to not play fair. I wouldn’t get mad if someone hooked there either, just impressive maturity and social awareness from azzapp (which is why a lot of us watch him anyways).
I was looking for a comment talking about that. Thank you for mentioning it. His whole team were telling him to hook but Az earned so much more value by not hooking than the 10k. Huge respect to ZapZap.
This man feels like fresh air for this game, I havent played in years but I know how competitive and toxic it can get. Agurin's response was TERRIBLE! After kicking someone for being mean, they leave a cheater and that team that cheated instead of DQ;ing the cheaters and giving the victimized team their slot.
If it was him or his team getting ghosted he would've dq'd them instantly
@@Archielolol Yeah agurin is a hypocritical moron
@@Archielolol I think punishing Spearshot's team by DQ'ing their biggest asset (1st pick in draft) over this is unfair for them. They shouldn't be punished, only Natty should.

"a toddler not understanding the situation they created" bingo.
First, gringolao, now this? League streamers can't play on a competitive 5 for the most part because they will always resort to sniping, conploting, cheating, target bans, ghosting and everything else. And if this is not enoguh, event runners take the worst decisions posible.
Truly a shame that we cant have a proper streamer tournament.
Target-banning is 100% legit, why’d you put that in with the other legit complaints?
Personally don’t mind target banning when it’s legit the format of the tournament and meant to punish onetricks in competitive.
Because humans are greedy. When there is money on the line ppl will cheat
by target banning they prob meant banning the comp they'd go for btw
and what are these "worst decisions pos[s]ible" that the event runners took?
i bet part of agurin's response is just bc hes salty he lost to dantes. hes personally no longer in the tournament so he just wants to get it over with. this mf would 100% be pissed if it happened to his team instead.

As usual Azzap is the most sensible one, and I've got nothing against Natty but the way he handled this situation puts him and his team in a bad light and I hope he understands that, appologises and moves on instead of clinging now to the "I didn't do it" mentality or saying that because of Caedrel helping it's somehow okay...
I remember seeing the games live. Whats funny is Azapp actually pointing their team's AD carry being AFK after a pause and not going for the kill even when it was free in one of the games. And in return what they get is this. Actually fucking disgusting.
Azzapp Gigachad for pausing for the enemy, big respect
You cheat, you get banned. That simple. Reasoning doesn't matter, you still cheated.
Cheated by what rules?
he got caught on video and denies it is just crazy. Very insane how the organizers did not kick him from the team. Ghosting is arguably unfun. we have the yamato case and dq, but I think ghosting is way more insane to let it go unpunished
dq is drutt? he case was ryze has a bug this patch tho
nemesis team asked if they could swap ryze pick or if team xpetu wanted a remake, petu said they didn't want remake and drutt could swap his pick, drutt is one of best kayle in the world so kayle is in his pool and that was inside the rules
@@Vindenci This is a pretty easy dq in most comp tournies. If a champ is "disabled" and you pick it, and then dont remake, thats a dq
i'm kinda new to league can u explain to me what is ghostin?
@@Josef_1186watching someone’s stream while they’re playing, typically to gain information you otherwise wouldn’t have. Also isn’t exclusive to league
Spear shot doesn’t deserve this heat he should drop natty and fill the spot or drop the team out of the tournament, natty should be barred from playing in tournaments too, it sucks it had to be spear shots team…
i mean where you will find another rank one jungler who is good at pickong comps natty is the guy who picks comps for them Sadly spear is a onetrick
I dont know what the format of the tourny is, if there is a "losers bracket" then the organizers should DQ Natty and send Spearshots team into losers bracket, TheBaus team the win there, if its single elimination, then organizers should either DQ Spearshot team or if TheBaus team is okay with it,DQ Natty and do a rematch.
While its true that Spearshot is not at fault, he is the one that drafted the players, and the team wins and loses as a whole, if the format doesnt have room for simply DQing the jungler, then they have to drop the whole team.
So basically what we learn from this is that people don't wanna run tournaments at this point if this continues. We had the Yamato Case, the thing with Druttut in Champ Select where he played smth different then everyone else and now this. I am German and watch the NNO Cast for years and I can imagine they will straight up cancel the whole thing to save their own nerves.

If they don't ban the team entirely it's a travesty. Cheating can't be tolerated and maintain interest in the tournament. I don't want to watch cheaters, I want to watch a fair game.
They should have just picked the participants more carefully. On one side you have communities like Azzaps, Noway4us, Baus, Midbeast who have ,,normal´´ communites that enjoy normal gameplay based content. On the other Hand you have communities like Yamatos, Dantes, Ratirl, Fence Barcode who legit feed off toxic content and dramas. Thats how 50% of the League community sadly is. They want drama, emotions and toxicity. If you bring these Kind of communities or personalities into a Tourny you need to expect them to characterize these behaviours. Im German and i follow NNO since its created. None of the creators or Owners stand for toxic behaviour and upmost the Orga itself doesnt stand for it. In my Opinion this Tourny was a big Blunder by whoever was responsible for picking the participants.
How dare you bad mouth mr irl after his passing. So disrespectful. His dying wishes were that you huff copious amounts of copeium.
Didn’t you already explain the reason why they added them? Maximum possible reach is only possible with a diverse streamer and viewership.

A man of his word, playing for the sport of it. Respect to you
Azzapp u beautiful soul what u said at the end is so true. I learned from Dr K. that rather than having a goal in life u should have a vision of what u want your life to be. Even tho I still belive u need goals, he is absolutely right. The vision is something u just based everything u do on. Lets say for example following strictly the values u have imposed on yourself. Ofcourse not everyones agreeing with you on them but you still follow your vision and that makes u so much better than the average human. Goals should be a means to achieve your vision in life. And let me tell you if you are consistent with your vision people will look up to you and respect you for that.
Fun fact, we got the reverse situation in Destiny 2 a week and a half ago:
New raid came out (that means new race for the world first title), all top teams came in, streamed their runs but were so afraid of people watching their stream to understand strats that basically every top team made their streams unwatchable. Even though people hiding buffs (or sometimes their stream) to hide info from people it's the first time it got THIS BAD.
People really need their ego checked when they are streaming it's awful
That isn't the reverse situation, that is the obvious response to this exact situation having already happened many times before. Pushing for world first is just like a tournament for money, there's tons of money/viewership/business deals that come from getting it so people will obviously steal strats from the best players to try and beat them. So the best way to compete in the world first and still grow your stream and capitalize on the hype, you stream it while also hiding any info you can that would help the competition.
Look up the world first wow classic cataclysm level 85, they covered up and hid/changed like everything on screen 🤣 but yea, it's nothing new and had been going on forever. Hell, even back in the early 2000's people rarely even shared strats to eachother in competing guilds/teams depending on the game.
I feel bad for the $$ midbeast spent to get over to Europe

But they also have minions that watch the stream and then they write messages on phones about the enemy team. There is so much cheating.
I'd listen to an Azzapp Podcast just because of how his insights and principles work.
dq or 2-2
If you look at nattys vod, "02:06:00", donjake1 types: "tf quin comp now" etc. And at "02:09:12" Natty reacts to those words. The probability of him reacting to donjake1's comment is extremely high if you think of the timing. And I can't accept that he was ghosting. This timing is too overwhelming to think otherwise.
But people are biased, I can't be the only one seeing this huge flaw in the accusation.
I agree that it's a possibility, but when Spear confronted Natty about it, he didn't say "I was reacting to a comment" he said, "I knew it because I watched their scrims." Later, when Spear pointed out that he literally said he "hopped into their streams for half a second before the last game," Natty switched to another version of events, and as they kept talking, he changed it again, and then again. This doesn't necessarily mean that he cheated, but I don't think this is a case of people being biased. It's a case of Natty's amazing ability to incriminate himself.
But how did he know caedrel talked to baus for 1 min? He had to have been watching his stream
Also reacting to comment is STILL GHOSTING.

Agurin's response is weird and doesnt even get to a conclusion ^^ Natty gets kicked, team gets through and replaced, or the 2nd option is to punish the whole team for supporting Natty(the culprit) because such a behaviour is bad for the whole community. Those are my 2 cents about it ^^ Edit: If u personally decide to put a person as Natty in your team, you want such a person to be on your side, you want to have a cheated advantage. The intention of having such a person on your team is just as bad as the person who pulls it through.
wtf does this even mean lol its not like natty was known for ghosting before the draft you sound stupid af
That doesnt even make sense. Unless Natty has a reputation for ALWAYS cheating, then how is it on the rest of the team. Punishing the whole team for the sin of one person. The captain even said during the actual draft to go with what they had planned and to not stream snipe. It makes the best sense to just DQ the person who is the problem similar to what they did with Dantes team. Hell, Bausffs (the captain of the opposite team ) thought that it wasnt even a big deal. MidBeast and Caedral are just salty cuz the former had to travel irl for the tourney and the latter was coaching the team.

Well I mean obviously they didn't know he was going to be a cheater beforehand. Being a bad person socially doesn't mean that you are going to be a cheater, or else people like Yamato would never be able to even get into a team. As long as Spear and the rest of his team isn't in on the cheating, I don't think that drafting Natty puts Spear or his reputation at fault, contrary to what you are saying, even if their team is DQed as a result.
its like that jordan peterson quote "you cant twist the fabric of reality, without having it snap back"
Kermit the frog here
Spear being a fucking LEGEND as always
The guy blames baufs team afterwards and says there's nothing wrong with sniping.
Talk about a total lack of self-awareness. He 100% cheated and nothing past that makes any difference. He cheated and the tourny admins either ban the entire team or they ban him else the entire tourny is a joke. If the runners decide to do nothing more than banning a champ the rest of the teams should withdraw all at once.
I dont know how the tournament works at all but why teams don't mute themselves when they draft ?
Because they stream, I think the point here is that there should be integrity.
I too love watching content where literally nothing is happening visually and it’s muted. Good stream idea!
@@thetillter2228 I mean yes its annoying but its already a thing in certain tournament so I was juste wondering... But ty for ur answer !
@@taikuhatsu-2700 Well, the thing is that they shouldn't have to. It was a mistake to not mute, but it wasn't nearly as wrong as going out of your way to ghost an opponent's stream to cheat. Like Azzap said, even in pro all the info the pros could want from their opponents is available on a giant screen and a million screaming fans that can give them audio cues. But you don't use those to cheat because it is just wrong and taints the competition. Just like the pro scene shouldn't have to create a bad viewing experience for fans to make sure people don't cheat, these streamers shouldn't really have to do the same. The fault is always 100% with the cheater which is NattyNat and his entire team that benefitted from it in this case. So, just like how the pro scene punishes players who take advantage of these things, NattyNat at the very least should be disqualified and kicked out of the tournament.

"I went into his stream before the game"
Me: Ah.
It’s always disgusting Rengar 1 tricks
How are so many league streamers getting all of this so wrong. Can't tell if it's lack of drama in the community forcing them to blow up on tiny things
For context I hardly play league let alone consume the content these days and thank god I don't watch any of the streamers, so I have no bias or leg in this race
but this "drama" was so braindead I couldn't stop watching the trainwreck.
Every league streamer lacks incredibly important cognitive brain functions and it boggles my mind how the community idolizes and imitates them
1. He clearly didn't stream snipe, they didn't mention playing quinn tf before he said it
2. The chatter was the soul reason he said it and meme'd deep for it, evidenced by how the chatter sent the message not long before he said it and reference point 1.
3. Why AREN'T they playing on a 5-10 minute delay if you care about the possibility of steam sniping this much
Streamers have all figured out that even 10 second stream delay is TERRIBLE and kills the stream, you won't find almost anyone that even does 10 seconds let alone 10 minutes.
Just because someone says that in your chat doesn't mean that you didn't cheat by stream sniping and if it actually was that, why didn't he IMMEDIATELY when called out about it say he was just memeing and a chatter said it? Why did that only come out later after the drama built up? In my eyes it's because he actually stream sniped and when caught he searched for a way to lie about it otherwise he would've came out about it right away after others acted so serious about it.
Damn sad.
right as always, good opinion
Kinda weird to say it’s baus team false for getting ghosted and not muted too. He basically encourage it at this point saying if you can ghost the enemy team do it! We won’t do anything to you even if you blatantly say you do it yourself because it’s the enemy fault for not going black screen. So now the best play every team should be doing is open every stream their enemy has and see who can they be ghosting with. I’m completely ok for not DQ spearshot team btw. But as an organizer you should at least say “hey if something like this happens again you’re going to be punished.” Not oh yeah, ghosting is totally acceptable if you can do it just say it’s a joke afterward and we’re cool”
How about we assume the other players are not degenerates that will resort to cheating to win, and when they do, we don't blame the ones that got cheated on?
2 moderators when games are happening, in the call with the players, everyone shares their screens, mods make sure they're not sniping. Everyone can thank blame nat for them being treated like that 🤷♂️
Nah, because they can use their phones or second monitor. The only way forward is with a significant stream delay (>5min), warning to all players to hide critical information from streams, and allow opposing teams to essentially ghost the delayed stream, if they want to. If you build a 10k tournament with 60? 80? players that technical has the ability to snipe, there will be one Nattynatt or Agurin or Spear who think it's ok to cheat. Besides, information can passively leak through twitch chat, which is also what happened here. It doesn't matter if the information came from chat or Natty himself. What matter is that Team Spear were able to get the information. It shouldn't be possible.
Rito disqualified wong in season 2 worlds for looking at the screen of the enemy players.
Ever since all this drama, the only thing I've cared about is the immortalization of-
"Azzapp is a respectable human."
Heard it so many times from reusage of the clip, and honestly the more I hear it the more it rings true.
Yea stream sniping a tournament banning the player would be a proper aspect
Yimit was simply the canary in the coal mine
You need to add some backgroung music to your videos bro !
Honorable Azzapp
There is a universe in which Azzapp and Yamato were picked for the same team. I legitimately want to see what would happen if Yamato lost his shit on our boy's team, I am just curious about how that interaction would go, they're such polar opposites
Yamato screaming and crying and Azzapp probably just muting him so his toddler rage isn't heard on stream is how it would probably go if I had to guess.
whats azzapp's pc specs?
c00mshot instantly calling the rat of, respect
well this tournament is trash idk if they are just unlucky or incompetent
Funny thing is, all those informations were wrong. They didn't play Quinn, and TF was picked but not even on the game were Natty said he got inside info. The whole coaching situation with thebauffs and Caedrel was just "leaked" by viewers, even Spear came to know of this during the stream.
Ultimately, it's impossible to ghost when there is a 3 min delay on the streams. And it's not like the TF pick for midbeast and the Quinn pick for thebauffs are secrets for anyone, it's not like Natty got info on some secret pick that were only trained off-stream.
Now all I can see, especially with midbeast, is dishonesty. You guys didn't expect to lose to their team (reference to all those things one of your mates said during draft, like after game one without yasuo on brohan or pantheon on Spear they would walk like clueless monkeys), and so did your viewers. As for midbeast, now he's fuming cause he came here after 30 hour flight to get knocked out of the tournament day 1, so now there is this desperate attempt to stay in the race and doing the thing he excels at : milking content out of drama. And since both thebauffs and midbeast are concerned, their community is ganging up on Spear's team to discredit them.
The funniest of all : Spear's team ended up LOSING the game where Natty supposedly cheated. Then they proceeded to win the remaining one. Your team lost fair and square, and you just have to take a step back and analyse the "cheating" to see how ridiculous it is. Hats off to midbeast who even dared to ask for a full rematch at 0-0 with rengar banned forever. Not classy at all, even shameless when you lost 3 games, not even close to winning.
I really like azzap and thebauffs and I'm sad to see that there is so much intellectual dishonesty to the point where you just stop at a clip that says he went to your stream, and don't try to understand how he could "ghost" with a 3 min delay, and that his information weren't even accurate at all.
Ultimately none of these matter, whether natty actually ghosted or not, whether it gave any advantage or didn't give any advantage etc. Only thing really matters is him saying "I went to their stream" like after saying something like that entire trust is lost both for him and his team it's just a dumb mistake but it really sucks for both sides. Team baus understandably have doubts because they legit have video proof of someone saying that, team spear says natty didn't ghost just made a mistake etc. and natty honestly handled it all terribly in every aspect possible. Most logical option would've been instantly disqualify natty and remake the games from 0-0 with a new jungler because that also teaches everyone and future tournaments to not make an easily avoidable mistake like that.
@@komolokko5117 completely true and I also agree with the DQ, but come on man remake at 0-0 ? Nah that's way too unfair when you consider that the supposedly "cheating" didn't even advantage Spear's team. First game you can rule out "cheating" cause it was classic OTP picks and taking others OTPs, and it was not even a close game they got stomped. Then second game was classic 2nd choice pick and OTPs that were taken by the enemy the first game (as an example bauffs took Sion while Spear took Gnar) and they got even more stomped. 3rd game is the incriminating game (let's recall that natty's infos were completely wrong again so no advantage acquired) and Spear's team got smoked. Last game was just draft diff, and if you watch vods you can see that most of the picks in team spear were counter picks (nocturne into tf, karma into cait, etc.) and they smoked them fair and square. All of this to say, even if we assume that Natty did cheat, he should be the only one to be punished and a remake would really be unfair as the "cheating" didn't even matter.
But overall I do agree with you, if they want their tournament to keep its image somehow intact, they have to punish this behavior. It's unfair for Spear, who btw handled all this really fairly like a chad, but it's like this I guess there has to be a punishment somehow or like azzap said, if they win it will not be appreciated at its just value.
@@romainsure5194 Again on the advantage part it doesn't matter since this isn't like team baus had suspicions about ghosting and tried to find something related to it, they just realized there's a high chance they got ghosted because one of the players admitted it themselves on stream (again whether if it was a really dumb joke or was real doesn't matter because the trust got hurt) It is like going to the police department saying you committed a crime then saying "nah i actually didn't do it" you probably won't go to jail but first it's weird asf,and they might put you in a psych ward because why would you even do such a thing?
Rematch or not Natty shouldn't be allowed to play imo because he showed he's not trustworthy as a player. If the tournament organization keeps Natty then there's always going to be suspicion around if he's actually ghosting or not which really sucks for everyone
glad we agree mostly though!
I'm glad there are still people like you 2
@@komolokko5117 Yes, I guess the advantage part only matter for the debate of making a remake or not. But yes now Natty brought this upon himself by saying that so there has to be consequences, and like azzap said he should step out of the tournament by himself to preserve his team and his image, in my opinion that's the best outcome he could reach for him and for everyone involved.
