OMG! This is the UAP I watched for half an hour as a kid - 15yo - in Sydney, Australia! I dragged my Mum out & showed her & she couldn't figure out what it was. I think it freaked her out but I was just interested. This type of craft is 100% real! It didn't move either - stayed locked in one spot in the sky for at least 30mins. This is why I noticed it - because flying human craft dont stay locked in the sky.

I think the craft you are referring to is the one with the wheeled landing gear like you see on regular terrestrial aircraft. This is human made, reverse engineered (to some degree) with alien tech. I would be very surprised if "alien" vehicles would have the same kind of landing gear, let alone even need them. How far away would you say it was from you & your mom? Would you say it was unnaturally locked in the sky, like it did not even make minor adjustive corrections, like the one in this video (@ the end the one retracting the landing gear & popping out)?? I am so jealous you got to see one!
I think it is incredibly unwise to broadcast our location to advanced civilizations that we know nothing about. It is not paranoia. It is common sense.
The literal meaning of the term "common sense" is what most humans do, common referring to most. Looking out into the world I think it is a reasonable & logical observation that, most people do not make choice & hold views that are wise. Its a reasonable premise that broadcasting our location out into the unknown is risky. But here is the thing. Keep in mind though that assumption is based on almost no information other than how humans behave. I think it is logically most likely that an advanced ET civilization (they might not be civilized!) are already going to be rather mobile & well capable of very long range detection within the universe & so on these 2 logical assumptions, it is most likely they will know of us well before we know of them, whether we broadcast or not. Think about how we are currently exploring the universe right now. We are looking for bio & tech signatures. Think about how more advanced an ET species might be, that can reach us either directly or remotely. Even if our local part of the galaxy is only sparsely populated by intelligent life, it is still most likely that more than one species already know about us & probably have know about us for a very long time, well before we started blasting radio waves out into space. The fact we have not been openly invaded & destroyed does not mean there are not beings out there that don't want to harm or exploit us. So I think what must be going on will probably be more layered & complicated than most theorize. As here on Earth there is diversity of motivations, intent & life, in all nature from the smallest that we can see to the futherest we can see diversity is a consistent pattern. Not broadcasting runs the risk of stagnation in development, if there are et threats out there, then the quicker we develop & advance (& I do not just mean technologically!), the better we will be able to manage such threats.

It's one thing to seek permission from ants and squirrels, it's another when you're interfering with another technological civilization that's on the brink of getting their AI online and has already built things like particle colliders and nuclear energy. The radio evidence thing is always funny to me. We've teleported information 120+ miles already, that fact alone makes it pretty clear to me that a much more advanced civilization wouldn't be using radio at all for main communications. Majority of alien encounters involve communication via telepathy. Near death experiencers also talk of similar communication. If such communication exists then it should also be independent of space and time. It's hard for us to step out of the box of materialism and allow for the investigation into consciousness.

No, not "the only explanation": there are things like Cryostasis, or artificial "hibernation," or incredibly long life-spans, time travel itself, and Einstein-Rosen bridges ("portals"), among many other things - including technologies we can't even CONCEIVE of, let alone understand.
They seem to have something like a crystaline structure. What I mean by that is, if you have a crystaline substance, the crystals will have a common shape. If you shatter said crystal, you'll notice a bunch of tiny versions of that same shape. For instance, (and I don't do the stuff, but I figure it's an image many can identify) crystal meth.... it forms needle like crystals (similar to this UAP), and when you shatter it, it breaks into a million smaller copies of that shape. I've seen this shape UAP (Oumuamua) presented in many sizes. I wouldn't be surprised, if these are aliens, if they were inspired in their ship building, by crystaline structure.... not that the ships are made of crystal, but that they are built of many smaller vehicles, all the same shape. [Edit] : It seems I am way out on the delay time, which has been a maximum of 40 seconds - but that's still a very long time for a radio signal!

I have also done this with the more intelligent wild birds (corvids, whose calls I can often imitate) and it works. I have engaged the undivided attention of a crow for up to a minute or so doing this, and held a back-and-forth interaction by repeating the same number of calls as the bird makes. In 1988 I watched an unidentified orbiting object. I was pouring concrete about 10am in the morning with clear blue skies when I saw a huge spinning cube it must have been miles wide reflecting sunlight every few seconds as it turned. That is what I noticed while in the middle of working was the flash. It took a very long time about 5 hours to cross the sky. I had plenty of time to get my telescope out and look at it because I couldn't tell what it was at first. Then I saw the cube shape it appeared to have two doors or holes on each side. It also looked far away like the moon. I even took a lunch break thinking it would be gone after but it was still there until about 3:00pm. That was a long time ago.

A small uap came from above and buzzed the plane. This is common practice in our skies. They recon everything in the air. This makes fast-moving objects more visible because there are more frames. Humans see at 24 frames/second, and basically why we dont just see them all of the time. But you CAN film them and see them!

I'd like to know the shutter speeds for the cameras that took the photos of the cylindrical UFOs. They mostly look like smaller objects zipping by. Like the "flying rods" that used to be reported that were only visible on cameras with slower shutter speeds. They proved to be insects instead of something mysterious.
I remember a radio interview with a guy who was pushing the 'rods' phenomenon. He said that if you want to see them, it can help to smoke a little dope first.

This is a very interesting thought experiment. Suppose you have an AI making calculations, but it is moving at the speed of light, then it must make fewer calculations as time passes slower. An AI that is not moving would make more computations and be able to beam those calculations to the moving AI. Very strange. It doesnt seem like that should be possible. How can either observer actually know which one is moving relative to the universe?

You can see that misinformation and imaginary flights of delusion posing as evidence are not simply here in the Alien Enthusiast universe. The same people invade the history channels, the science channels, free energy channels and push Flat Earth in fraudulent posts all over RUclips and other social media. It's great to have an open mind, but keep in mind that as more evidence brings you closer to the truth, the possibilities shrink to a very small number and finally down to only one truth. Majority of alien encounters involve communication via telepathy. Near death experiencers also talk of similar communication. If such communication exists then it should also be independent of space and time. It's hard for us to step out of the box of materialism and allow for the investigation into consciousness.

No, not "the only explanation": there are things like Cryostasis, or artificial "hibernation," or incredibly long life-spans, time travel itself, and Einstein-Rosen bridges ("portals"), among many other things - including technologies we can't even CONCEIVE of, let alone understand.
They seem to have something like a crystaline structure.
What I mean by that is, if you have a crystaline substance, the crystals will have a common shape. If you shatter said crystal, you'll notice a bunch of tiny versions of that same shape.
For instance, (and I don't do the stuff, but I figure it's an image many can identify) crystal meth.... it forms needle like crystals (similar to this UAP), and when you shatter it, it breaks into a million smaller copies of that shape.
I've seen this shape UAP (Oumuamua) presented in many sizes. I wouldn't be surprised, if these are aliens, if they were inspired in their ship building, by crystaline structure.... not that the ships are made of crystal, but that they are built of many smaller vehicles, all the same shape. This would be done to maximize the number of ships in a mothership.

"Long Delay Echoes" or LDEs are a phenomenon known to radio operators. The delays can be days sometimes if I recall correctly. No credible explanation has been offered as far as I know, just conjectures about strange atmospheric propagation effects which, given the properties of atmospheric dissipation, just don't make sense to me or a great many others.
[Edit] : It seems I am way out on the delay time, which has been a maximum of 40 seconds - but that's still a very long time for a radio signal!
As an additional thought - when I interact with my cat I simply repeat the sounds he makes, which gets his attention. I have also done this with the more intelligent wild birds (corvids, whose calls I can often imitate) and it works. I have engaged the undivided attention of a crow for up to a minute or so doing this, and held a back-and-forth interaction by repeating the same number of calls as the bird makes. Repetition is one of the simplest ways to start communication.
In 1988 I watched an unidentified orbiting object. I was pouring concrete about 10am in the morning with clear blue skies when I saw a huge spinning cube it must have been miles wide reflecting sunlight every few seconds as it turned. That is what I noticed while in the middle of working was the flash. It took a very long time about 5 hours to cross the sky. I had plenty of time to get my telescope out and look at it because I couldn't tell what it was at first. Then I saw the cube shape it appeared to have two doors or holes on each side. It also looked far away like the moon. I even took a lunch break thinking it would be gone after but it was still there until about 3:00pm. That was a long time ago.
I'm sure someone else saw it but I probably was the only person using a telescope to look at it. These things have been here for a long time.
We can film uap in the daytime on Earth. I have said it here many times. Do I have to join your patron to discuss this topic? They are here and by the numerous, as what I am seeing tells me they literally OWN THE SKIES.
I just visited the beach this weekend. I had a mission in mind, as I film uap on my cell phone all of the time... in the daytime.
So, the first plane that came by my hotel window was a banner plane flying at about 200 feet on the coastline. I filmed it for 30 seconds. Twenty seconds in, I got what I knew I would get. A small uap came from above and buzzed the plane. This is common practice in our skies. They recon everything in the air. And, the fact that there was one available at my location on the coast shows just how many are up above... avaliable and ready to buzz.

@PureBloodLee no... I explained how to film them using your cellphone. It's not a high-speed camera. It's just capturing more frames/second. This makes fast-moving objects more visible because there are more frames. Humans see at 24 frames/second, and basically why we dont just see them all of the time. But you CAN film them and see them!

I'd say this, Angry... IF we're being visited, doesn't matter by whom, it would be extremely dangerous... (For us, obviously...) So, it's worth it at least looking for any potential signals that we are.
If whoever has been visiting us, for thousands - maybe millions - of years, haven't destroyed us by now, after all the horrible things we've done to each other, our fellow creatures, and the Earth itself - then I find it highly unlikely that we need to suddenly start worrying right now, just because we've finally advanced enough to be aware of them. They could have wiped us out without a whimper at any point in our long, multi-started and developed civilizations. It's very likely that they have even assisted us many times after a comet collision, or an Ice Age, Super-volcano eruptions, a crustal "slip" around the Mantle, rolling the entire planet over 30 degrees or more, or any number of events that nearly destroyed us on our way up - only to plunge us back into the dark, to start again. If they wanted us gone, we would have long since ceased to be.
I'd like to know the shutter speeds for the cameras that took the photos of the cylindrical UFOs. They mostly look like smaller objects zipping by. Like the "flying rods" that used to be reported that were only visible on cameras with slower shutter speeds. They proved to be insects instead of something mysterious.
I remember a radio interview with a guy who was pushing the 'rods' phenomenon. He said that if you want to see them, it can help to smoke a little dope first.
Shutter-speed/moving object elongation should be the first possibility considered in cases like this.
Back in the early days of radio and TV - 50s - there were time delayed rebroadcasts occurring. That was the start of the Black Knight satellite tales.

Could it also be that any mass, regardless of composition, becomes naturally elongated over millions of years and traveling at massive speeds? Not sure how that would explain these objects being sighted in our own atmosphere.

These space travelers have been watching us for millenia. Canadian Bruce, has high definition videos of what appears to be bases on our moon. Our government has to know something of this. But no one has called them on it. These rt angles and distinct triangles are definitely manufactured structures.
What's angry refused are any attempts to classify and categorize such objects and encounters. Therefore there's a big mess full of speculations and conspiration theories regarding the subject for tenths of years and keeping such chaotic messy state is probably intentional.

If the ETs are 100 light years away, how do they communicate effectively with such far away probes? It could take hundreds of years to send out a probe that finds a target, relays that info back home, wait for the swarm to form, investigate, and report back, THEN, what? Travel to the probe storm? How long would that take without FTL travel?

This is a very interesting thought experiment. Suppose you have an AI making calculations, but it is moving at the speed of light, then it must make fewer calculations as time passes slower. An AI that is not moving would make more computations and be able to beam those calculations to the moving AI. Very strange. It doesnt seem like that should be possible. How can either observer actually know which one is moving relative to the universe?

I never ran into a repeat of the end of a song on the radio. It seems that the repeat would have to be broadcast at high power to reach the private radio receivers and that the result would be interference due to two stations broadcasting on the same frequency.
