Check another item off your bucket list. This is how you forget the current misery by focusing on and preparing for the brighter future! Lose yourself in those plans and forget about what's happened today. What is past is past and can not be changed so why spend another moment thinking about what you can't change when you can have much more happiness thinking about and planning for what's to come which you can change....? !
