I think Danchou is being normal levels of polite in the sentence in line with how she usually speaks. You use different words for talking about your own relatives (humbly) versus others' (respectfully). For mother, it would usually be 'haha' (母) when talking about your own mother, and almost always okaasan (お母さん) for others' mothers (unless not being polite on purpose). The 'mama' in Ui-mama or Mio-mama does mean 'mama', but it's more like a nickname or title in that case, so it wouldn't flow naturally in that sentence.

She's complained a while ago that Noel is weirdo who goes super overboard immediately buying other Holomem merchandise, and she knows Noel was gachikoi for Ayame long before she auditioned for Hololive. During Noel's in interview with Shiraken, initiated by Miko, they were all doing a gag teasing Noel about being an ahiijo. Flare also taunted Danchou, who was explaining that she is just a Subatomo, directly during a zatsudan via chat: "Aren't you an ahiijo?"
