Myth of Empires make your warriors craft high tier armor and weapon molds instead of main character

i tried making 152 weapon molds but coun't even get a lv 10 quality mold, WTF rate (Talent craft point 900)

Because you need to hold down 'E' and have your character working on the station for that. Queueing up the items for crafting away from the table yields basic molds.

Good luck getting that many scrolls to upgrade your npc to that level without being admin of a server.

To be fair, I got mine yesterday on the Classic Official server. There's still plenty listed.

what is the fastest way to level up crafting skill for warrior ?

Not sure if the fastest, but you can put the warrior on the smelter/furnace 24/7 and craft steel/black iron/meteoric ingots.

How do you craft armor without having the items on the workbench?

Do you mean the resources? I put them at the bottom so that the crafted armor pieces neatly show up on top.
