The funny thing is we have been telling the world this since August of 2017
To me channeling is about quieting your brain-mind and connecting with your Higher Self and then channeling or speaking out the truths, information, ideas that exist in the quantum field. The info doesn't come from our human consciousness but our all loving vibrational realm of all knowing that each of us vibrates with and from.
At this point I don’t care if channeling is “real” or not, it’s the positive, uplifting and supportive messages that we need. Thank you Alex and Sara❤

live love and jo y and I try to carry that with me everyday.
The way I learned to love myself is this realization: This is my Spirit's life, not my body's life, not my brain's life. The more I tap into this truth, the more is shown to me as I choose consistently to know and learn more and as I choose consistently to realize this truth always, then I feel love for myself because I realize how beautiful I AM and how miraculously the energy around me, even for miles and miles radiates this back to me.

The person in Sara's group who survived genocide sounds like Imaculee Illibagiza again. She just came up in the last day or two of videos. She was hunted in Rwanda for 91 days. Her story is bone chilling and amazing. Quite interesting that she has come up twice recently...
Beautiful podcast. I love her. I learned how to do the happiness level 4 years ago. It is blissful. I am going through trauma therapy and what you said about happiness is so true. I still feel the traumatic events but I process the thoughts when the come out and tell myself I don't live in that world anymore

I think about messages that Sarah and the Council deliver vs messages that those like Gregg Braden deliver. The Councils stance seems to be to go inward and from there we all change the collective reflection. Gregg Braden’s stance seems to be that spiritual leaders need to be more vocal and outwardly opposing to not allowing circumstances to continue by setting clear boundaries. I’m trying to understand how these tie together.. do we all go inward or do we go outward? Or do we go inward first while taking an outward stance? Or maybe the majority go inward and only some do the outward collective opposition?
The two are not mutually exclusive. Jesus commends us to go into our room alone (to pray and go inward) and to be "in the world" but not of it.

Because I always hear spiritual people say ask the universe “show me how it gets better”, so that’s a little different. But what she said made sense. Sara channels in nearly the exact way that Esther Hicks has been channeling her collective soul group, Abraham, for many years. I started being grateful every morning for the things I have, the simple things, like my husband, my car my house my dog and my health and everyday I find more simple things to be thankful for.
