On God it was exactly like that where I played they ain't show me no respect when I got hurt then when I healed up I was not put in the game til like the last quarter. But when I'm in the game at a different school 8 sacks by myself forced fumble and just a hell of a game. Moved back to the same school no love

I never got to start meanwhile the starter frequently got detention or in-trouble on the field, then they demoted me to 3rd string somehow and that dude was also getting in trouble to the point where a coach snapped at him in the middle of practice. And it wasn't just me getting screwed. Talented linemen also sat on the bench even when we were losing by 3+ possessions.
And I was sitting there thinking: "no wonder we went 3-6. They rather put troublemakers on the field instead of disciplined players"
I thought the same thing test tho we lost all of our football games 10-0 and I only played 4 games and for only 10 minutes

@@sollurz9405 In my elementary flag football team every player needed to play so when I got in the coach made me a decoy to pretend I’m the receiver so the qb could pass to the coaches son or his friends. On our last game I’m 100% sure the coach just didn’t want to hurt my feelings because he told me to play safety lol. “Hey bud we need the fastest guy on the team to make sure they don’t score” I wasn’t really necessary since my team stopped them before they got to me. But there was this one time where our defense slipped up and I had a guy running towards the end zone way ahead of the rest of my team. I honestly didn’t want to win because I didn’t like my team as the coach leaves me out and i had no friends there. But then I thought “wtf are you doing? This is the one time you get to play so make it count or this will all just be a waste of time” the guy that dusted my team is now in the end zone and he knows that I haven’t done anything the whole game so he doesn’t try to move around to stop me from intercepting. The qb throws a long pass to him and my team stops trying to catch up knowing he’s gonna score, hell, even the other team slowed down. Nobody expected anything from me. I can’t blame them though. I never really participated in practice because of how shy I am. I never talked and I was always walking during practice because i felt like my whole existence was embarrassing. But I don’t play seriously until I’m in a real game due to my surprisingly competitive nature. After seeing the ball fly towards me for the first time in the whole game I feel a spark. I get a burst of energy and end up intercepting the ball. My team was shocked and some of them ran towards me but not before the other team got to me. I dodged 3 people back to back and nobody could catch me. My team was cheering, even the coach. I was running and dodging without thought. I was in the zone. For the first time ever, I was having fun playing flag football. I was closing in on the end zone and it was just a few steps ahead. I felt my flag drop. I couldn’t make it all the way. It was upsetting that I couldn’t score. But hearing everyone going crazy(the 5 moms in the stands and the team and coach)over the interception drowned out these thoughts. When my team huddled everyone was all over me. The coach even made the next play a pass to me to finish off the touchdown. I scored that sht as hard as an elementary student can and got so excited that I cheered. But I was the only one. I didn’t realize why and before I knew it The ref called a penalty for bragging and we lost the points from the touchdown. Effectively losing the game in the end. My team was pissed and some of them vowed to bully me until the day I die, but to cheer everyone up the coach walked us to Mcdonalds and gave everyone an ice cream cone. I sat alone of course since I wasn’t friends with anyone on the team plus I cost them the game. My mom picked me up from Mcdonalds and on that car ride home I told myself that I’d never play sports again.

This was me back in my school years when I played volleyball. The coach literally refused to let me in for 3 games straight, for no particular reason. It was so humiliating and disappointing. My self-confidence was crushed. And this one time the coach let me join the last set when my team was losing and the opposite team needed one point to win. We lost and the ball didn't even come in my direction. I felt humiliated. And I'm thankful for Lenarr for letting me know that this thing happens to people 😅

This one hit hard for me, I remember that when I'd joined my basketball team my coach would tell me every game that my time is coming up to play but I never got to play. It sucks because my coach and my team mates doubted me. I wanted to prove to them that I was something more but I couldn't because my coach would never let me go out there and play ball like I wanted to. I pretty much was just sitting in the bench the whole season with no play time. I always wanted to be able show them all what I was capable of doing on the court. Sadly I never got the chance.
