This is like "True Grit" for the zombie apocalypse. Very good use of language and conversation. Lots of "show, don't tell" instead of long explanations about what supposed to have happened and how you're supposed to feel. This is a good job of story-telling. I usually don't like the old-timey nostalgia zombie apocalypse stories, but this one is told well and not too nostalgic, except for reminding us that people used to speak much more expressively.
I hate when people complain about free content, but yet here we are. Maybe you should subscribe to audible and oay for your audiobooks. Or maybe, just maybe you can STFU and be grateful that this channel provides quality books at no cost to the listener.

Could they not get a young girls AI voice to be the narrator as a 15 year old girl rather than a late middle aged bloke that sounds like he smokes 40 a day?
