The reason the SU-101 has low gun depression is due to the Russians wanting a low shillouete and needing a low turret/gun area. Because of the low turret, the gun would hit the roof. You can see that in the design of the tank, also the tanks hull with the engine in the front combined with the other reason causes many issues with gun depression. The Problem for Caernarvon is actually The lenght of the grind and the payoff, it took forever to get 20 pdr and once you got it its basically just fatter and slower Centurion, not to mention once you unlocked Stock Conqueror, its basically just Caernarvon but with Tier IX Matchmaking, just imagine trying to fight a Maus with Caernarvon
Definitely agree with you on STA-1. The mobility is the main problem. The armour is bad , but the gun is average and reload is fine with fair enough gun depression. Only thing is that the mobility doesn’t work as a medium tank. I hop WG buff it’s top speed to at least 55kmh But I don’t agree you on IS-3. The tank is still fun to play, the tank is more dynamic than the IS-5 and you can get to some position early with IS-5 could only dream of . But seriously most tank mention sucks already from its introduction to the game You forgot AT8 AT7 AT15 Indian panzer and SP I C . I love the SP I C though .

I have to disagree with su101 and chi ri: I grinded su101 litterally 2 days ago and i did really well with this: it has the same mobility as t44 and is3's alfa: you can play it as a hit and run medium, it is also able to circle a heavy tank with the mobility (not to do damage on it but as a distraction for a toon mate for example, your gun is threatning so it should bite the bait). But i agree sometimes the depression is awfull, but if you just hit and run (not even bother to full-focus). I still understand why you would put it there tho :) About chiri now, it's a td. Aim to weakspot, be carefull and support meds: hit when the ennemy reloads and you should be good (did 4k dmg in it on my 3rd game, this tank sure is difficult to play, but oh boi how fun and satisfying it is to 450 a heavy tank that thinks your tank is irrelevant.). If seen as a td, it has a turret and enough mobility, the lack of penetration though is pretty annoying but it works well despite that. Also agreeing that this is not a noob friendly tank at all (neither is every japanese tank in general lol). Anyway that's my opinion ;) i perfectly understand your choices and i agree for that sta (type should also be on the list.)

The ARL is the worst one for me. Once you get spotted and take cover, you still get hit by enemies especially that small gun on the top, when there's no space to cover.

CLEARLY Pantouflee hasnt played the M26 Pershing, since he rated the STA-1 as a worse tank than it. the M26 has a 0.3 second longer reload, worse pen, terrible armour, and worse mobility.

I really can affirm the Centurion 1. In rl it could be armed with a 105mm. And wargaming gives us a 83mm. The Centurion 7/1 you don't want to play stock. Except the tracks. Just upgrade the turret and the 105 and have your fun with the 10° gun depression.
Great vid. I also feel that KV 1s should be on this list. It was a super super tank till war gaming introduced Arl 44 and VK H in its new avatar. Now Kv can’t match them and therefore wargaming needs to bring down the reload time for kv 1s
Kv-3 in my opinion is not useless, it's armor is quite thick against younger Tier VI and even Tier VII tanks, and it's turret is much thicker than the IS and has a better block against heavy caliber cannons while hiding it's hull vs the IS that has a large and vulnerable cupola, and the cheeks it's gun mantlet are quite vulnerable. I would say that the IS and the Kv-3 are very equal.
I agree, great armout for its tier, also the premium Matilda Black Prince is even better, I have aced it a lot of times mainly due to the pew-pew great penetration/reload gun.
French VII+ HT are the worst Avg mobility, no armour, standard shells pen you even HE will pen your front, reload times are so high you would just give up if you're surrounded
Is-3 is not too bad tho, cuz it's BL-9 has some incredible pen. If WG buffed the front plates to have like 140mm-150mm, buff turret top, make it an auto-bounce spot, the IS-3 would take back it's original Soviet crown. And don't you fuckin dare diss on the STA. It's one of my personal favorite meds among all tech tree ones. I hope hey won't remove it, but will maybe buff it in the future, by giving it more mobility, a faster and more accurate gun.

It really depends on your playstyle. I prefer british medium tanks for their fast reload and good mobility (and sometimes pretty decent armor too).

CLEARLY Pantouflee hasnt played the M26 Pershing, since he rated the STA-1 as a worse tank than it. the M26 has a 0.3 second longer reload, worse pen, terrible armour, and worse mobility.

I really can affirm the Centurion 1. In rl it could be armed with a 105mm. And wargaming gives us a 83mm. The Centurion 7/1 you don't want to play stock. Except the tracks. Just upgrade the turret and the 105 and have your fun with the 10° gun depression.
Great vid. I also feel that KV 1s should be on this list. It was a super super tank till war gaming introduced Arl 44 and VK H in its new avatar. Now Kv can’t match them and therefore wargaming needs to bring down the reload time for kv 1s

The t28 isn’t a bad tank, it’s just the unarmored version of t95 which is just the t28 with a bigger gun and extra set of tracks

Kv3 is a great tank. its probably been powercreeped, but i still love it
Kv-3 in my opinion is not useless, it's armor is quite thick against younger Tier VI and even Tier VII tanks, and it's turret is much thicker than the IS and has a better block against heavy caliber cannons while hiding it's hull vs the IS that has a large and vulnerable cupola, and the cheeks it's gun mantlet are quite vulnerable. I would say that the IS and the Kv-3 are very equal.

I agree, great armout for its tier, also the premium Matilda Black Prince is even better, I have aced it a lot of times mainly due to the pew-pew great penetration/reload

Is-3 is not too bad tho, cuz it's BL-9 has some incredible pen. If WG buffed the front plates to have like 140mm-150mm, buff turret top, make it an auto-bounce spot, the IS-3 would take back it's original Soviet crown.
And don't you fuckin dare diss on the STA. It's one of my personal favorite meds among all tech tree ones. I hope hey won't remove it, but will maybe buff it in the future, by giving it more mobility, a faster and more accurate gun.

Vk45.2A is a medium tank. Armor that can stand other mediums, fast firing gun and superb handling makes it a better medium than panther 2.
