    Wonderful tool, allows me to analyze large datasets without involving Spark in a matter of minutes of setup. One more excuse not to deal with Spark's complexity.

    Nice talk but comparing cloud dev to local dev is apples and oranges imo. In the cloud code and data are shared across users which simplifies collaboration significantly rather than "it runs on my machine". DuckDB is awesome tech and has its place but it is not made for all use cases. The gap may be closed over time.
