Neturei Karta are not a part of Satmar. In fact Satmar do not associate with NK. The Rav Teitelbaum was not pro Zionist and wrote treatises and a book (VoYoel Moshe) about his views about Zionism. All taken from what he sees from a halachic perspective. The Neturei Karta are anti Zionist. You see them in the forefront of Palestinian rallies today. They attended the Holocaust denial conference in Teheran years ago. The Satmar, despite their views are Ahavat Yisroel, have a love of Jews. The NK, well their actions say it all.
Their extremism. Satmar hates the Israeli government but they won't go so far as to actively support terrorists. Neturei Karta have such blind hate for Israel that they will show support for actual terrorists
