Another lovely adventure my friend. I fully watched & enjoyed. Sorry it was cut short due to the weather. As least you had a great time & got some wonderful footage. I love your setup & all your gear. I also have a chest bag. I call it my GO bag. I keep it by my front door with an extra camera & dog gear in it so I’m always ready to go. I need to pick up some more⛑️ supplies before I go out again. Anyway, thanks for letting us tag along & I look forward to your next adventure. Have a fantastic week!
Thankyou again for watching and leaving a comment; I always look forward to them :) Yes, despite the storm, I did have a great time; I’m very grateful I was able to return there and most of the day I enjoyed great weather and blue skies. What a great idea leaving your go bag at the front door: always Riggs ready for adventures :) Thankyou again and enjoy your week!
shame the rain and wind caught you out, but it's always the case that it lets up when you make the call and pack up! Love the rain, the wind is never much fun though. Your little fire box thingy was pretty cool and the curry looked spot on 🙂
Thankyou again for watching and for the comment too. Yes, the rain is always quite relaxing, but the wind was so strong I was worried I might wake up in The Land of the East with Toto & Dorothy! 😂 It wasn’t much fun packing up in the storm, but the hike back was quite beautiful, despite the dark.
Great video. Great gear and set up. I am not big fan of high winds in the city, leave alone the bush. I enjoy the rain though. You are brave enough to face the nature by yourself and anything of it is an adventure to remember.
You had a great set up there. Given what you took 18kgs was pretty good I thought. Shame about the weather; high wind can be a bit scary. Packing up in that must have been an experience. Keep having a go and thanks for taking us along.
Thankyou again for watching and taking the time to comment :) Listening to the rain is always relaxing I think, but that wind definitely wasn’t; packing up in it was definitely an experience! The calm after the storm was really beautiful though and even though I hiked out in complete darkness, I actually quite enjoyed it :) Thanks again and have a great day.

I agree about the rain, I find it relaxing, but the wind, not so much 😟
