Hope you guys enjoyed the PMV haha, this video is rather different from my other works. I have so much more lore and animations to show you but as you all can see I take AGES to finish even the shortest animations. So I am planning on soon to host a MAP and I hope you guys can help me bring my story to life WOOHOO.
This was supposed to be a sketch/storyboard just to keep my channel alive but my mum enjoyed the wip so much she motivated me to go FULL ON DETAIL so y'all better thank her XD. This was also experimental with the shading on flipaclip.
The reason why this took SO long was because I kept on having issues with flipaclip and it kept on either deleting on crashing on its own and I gave up so many times(you can see in kirils frames they aren't fully shaded). And I can't even forget about capcut, THAT GOD DAMN PROGRAM KEPT ON MESSING UP MY FRAMES.
Anyways I'm excited on seeing the new theories you guys will come up with. 👀

A theory:
For the cubs to become full time guards they must undergo a process of "modification", practiced by the doctor. This is to ensure grown guards are obedient to their ruler and capable of withstanding terrible amounts of pressure, as well as being stronger themselves. I've noticed guards that have been shown in previous animations hold scars on their bodies, so I assume that those are the scars they hold due to the modification they have undergone thanks to the doctor.
That's my theory! Don't know if it's right or not xD
Also, English isn't my first language, so expect misspellings in this text.

THE PART WHERE THEY HAD LIKE RED LIGHTS, THATS HOT THATS HOT

Theories:
1. Maybe Azazel is working with the Doctor to create like super solider for the kingdom by taking off parts of other people (ripping off the best arms and legs) to form into soldiers.
2. Or it was originally just to make nice painted sculptures, but then Azazel wanted them to be brought to life, and then started the experiments. The experiments then was turned into super soldiers for “King” and Centaur.
And Kiril is just there to be the sculptor or janitor.
Whatever it is, either way the story so far is amazing and the animation is wonderful!
And in the last scene with Kiril, he probably got beat for either:
1. Speaking up about the designs of the statues/new experiments
2. Saw what was happening with the experiments
Since in the last scene, he says:
“Now let’s all agree, to never be creative again.”
Which leads me to think, he doesn’t want to be hurt again or leave his job, so he keeps quiet and just follows the design choices of Azazel and Doctor.
THIS IS JUST SOO GOOD, I CAN SEE WHY IT'D TOOK A LONG TIME TO MAKE
the visuals, the animation, the expression, the backgrounds, the dark themes is just a masterpiece ✨

No words can describe how truly amazing your PMVs/AMVs are, and how much you IMPROVE- they get more and more creative and I can't help but watch them over and over again so I can take in all the details- you truly are so talented and definitely one of the top animators on RUclips, not just for your animating but for your amazing unique characters and stories. Here's my theory:
The doctor is a machine/animal that basically recreates different new species using already existing animals using the many tools that it was equiped with. One day Azazel comes in with a letter with a task for the doctor to use Kiril to create someone more powerful which will end up being the man with the drape over his head.

My theory is that doctor used to make statues and stuff like that until he received an order to make these creatures on 0:47 into guardians by modifying their body and deleting some parts of the brain.And one day Kiril hears screams and decides to check what is happening since it is unusual (because doctor didn't do this stuff before) and since he is a shapeshifter and knows too much he gets turned into this centaur thing in the end.
This is amazing, i love the details and backgrounds and especially the gory scenes! Everything looks terrifying and i love that, you did amazing job

T H E O R Y:
Kiril and DOCTOR are both artists who make innocent clay sculptures into masterpieces, because that's their passion and what they're best at.
Kiril loves his job, which is expressed in the committed, inspiring way he talks about creativity.
Everything is well until Azazel comes to DOCTOR with a scroll. (By the way, I think that maybe Azazel is someone of higher power or a messanger). DOCTOR reads the scroll which might be instructions to a new way of art that is being demanded; which is using living creatures. So, they scrap the old way of making art and DOCTOR gets to work, using maybe, slaves and criminals, to make his art, because clearly; they're not volunteering.
"Now let's all agree... To never be, creative again-"
The scene where the unknown character screams and Kiril jumps, with the camera zooming in on his unclear expression. This might be because he cannot defy people of higher rank, but he's not enjoying this new form of art either.
The last scene has CENTAUR in it, and maybe he's the one who changes this new way of creativity for realism... That's almost too real.

For anyone who's curious, at 0:40 the paper says "brain" at the very top with big letters. I can't read what it says underneath but the paper contains the words emotions and memories on it so I assume that it is pointing at the area of the brain that is responsible for those two things.

I KNOW THIS IS OLD BUT I HAVE TO SAY,, i very much appreciate the way you go all out with your expressions, not stopping for it to still look “cutesy” like, you show the full extent of distress and fear, without sacrificing anything for the art style. and showing how the human or anthro in this case, facial expressions aren’t always pretty! it’s something to *really* be adored. it’s absolutely awesome, and i don’t see enough artists do it.

...Well. After seeing as much as 1:33, i can simply fall on your knees, and then get up and make a deep bow to you. Emotions overwhelm the cup, and already in these seconds you do not know what to say. Perhaps now I will say such rubbish, and not a theory, but nevertheless thoughts arose.
Let's get started ...
First of all, I would like to speak about the so-called "DOCTOR". Apparently not just "DOCTOR", but, so to speak, is engaged in activities in terms of creative sculpture? But with its appearance and anatomy, it resembles some kind of maniac, a madman. But here's the bad luck. "DOCTOR" is crazy about his further plans of action !!! It looked incredibly heartless, stubborn and ruthless. His eyes, how calmly he did his ... duties, or rather his work. But I in no way missed the moment with Azazel, who apparently serves as a messenger and, as it were, conveyed some kind of decree from someone or an order or something like that, but connected with Kirill. Look at the "DOCTOR" himself, his eyes go straight to Kirill. Not everything can be that simple. Here you still need to very much understand the connection between the work of the "DOCTOR" and Cyril, who looks like some kind of courtier. The story is too mysterious. And also this Azazel looking at us. Could it mean something? There are many corpses and prisoners for which the "DOCTOR" has goals, but their fate ... I will not say anything. As for the Centaur, such a character was shown literally at the end for several tens of seconds.
Do you know? It's obvious, though. You have talent and potential that is endless in your works. Be always positive and happy. Just believe we appreciate you.
You have come as far as possible. These shadows, shades, these realistic scenes and events in a by-frame manner. This atmosphere is applied with all my heart. There is no other choice or way out. You just have to go further. And do not overdo it, even if you have not been on the channel for a very long time, this does not mean the end of the world, we all know very well what it is like to create creativity.

For all of you that are not educated about it
don’t hug me I’m scared is a channel that up please videos that seemingly appears harmless but the more you watch it the more twisted it becomes.
And Proto‘s are actually lab grown furrys that still have their minds in hibernation so they don’t even get to think before the process is done, their limbs are then removed and replaced with remote parts and the signature visor is added, then the jam a bunch of code in the rain steps shape the way they think.
(Basically having your limbs removed and being brainwashed before you even get the chance to become sentient let that sink in)

There are no words to describe how good your animations are. The background, perspective, lighting and shading, how smooth the animation is, character design, lore...., Everything is gorgeous.
My theory is that the doctor is someone renowned for his fantastic creations, so one day he received a letter from royalty, a request to "build" strong guards. He accepted but kiril doesn't know it.
I don't know what Centaur is doing in the end, maybe he's one of the doctor's creations and that's why his face is deformed?

I just went and watched this for the I think- 7th time in a row? I went and paused just to look at the backgrounds- like oh my god even the most shortest scenes are so heavly detailed.. Also I just can't imagine the time it takes to make the line art like wow that just blows me away to no extent with the imagery. I love how you can make anything so *creative* and original in ways I can't express like woW... One thing that I adore from you is that you make such original animations and I find that amazing with everything you come up with and make. You've been a huge inspiration for me ever since I started animating which was about 2-3 years ago. Thank you for all the amazing projects you do. This is really good! I like how you used the viewers camera angle in the cage scene when the arm is reaching down for them. it makes them and the viewer feel so much smaller because of it. Also enjoy the lines getting more shaky when they're on the table, it makes everything seem more panicked and matches Don't hug me I'm scareds disjointed music.
