#FixLeakyFaucets #WasherWaterLine Returned home to find the laundry room floor wet along with water dripping down the wall under the washing machine water hose connections. How to fix many leaky faucet issues with just an adjustable wrench.
There are really only two ways a faucet can leak: around the packing nut or around an internal washer. The packing nut leak is the most common and also the easiest to fix.
Link to useful adjustable wrench - using a small wrench helps fit in tight spaces and helps not over tighten the packing nut:

@dalemabry8321 I’m glad it was helpful! Thank YOU for the tip! Very kind of you!
This video made my wife think I knew something about fixing things. Better than a marriage counselor, Doug! Thank you.
@DodgerGuy That’s the best message I’ve gotten on RUclips buddy! 😀 Glad it helped out!
Thank you! Growing up with no father and 2 brothers who think they’re too good for this work, this saved me so much! My mom and I appreciate this!
I’m glad it helped out Jessica!
27 year old man here, this prevented my landlord from coming over and emasculating me with his immense knowledge of household maintenance.
Awesome! 👍
Another 27yo dude here with my first house, this video saved my ass when the new washer got here. Thanks much, OP 👍
Glad it helped Brad! I just posted another plumbing video on replacing the toilet shut off valve - houses always need work!
27 yo man here. Fixing the broken washer valve in my parents house (visiting). They knew about the leak, I didn't, so I turned the valve trying to slow the leak. Big mistake, now I have to fix it...
@Michael Molter Murphy’s law - sorry to hear that! Plumbing is always a hassle but sounds like your parents needed help so I know they will be appreciative!
Watching four other videos had me considering calling a professional but this and a 19mm wrench got me sorted in less time than a phone call. Like the person below, you saved me a minimum of $250 for a call out. Thank you!
@michaelguest2555 I’m very happy to hear the video was helpful to you and saved a plumber! I also really appreciate the tip, that is very kind of you! Happy New Year!
Thanks, I was about to cut off water- replace the valve and everything. I tightened it up and I'm gonna buy some spare washers next time im at the hardware store. 5 years later this video is still helping people.
@Amodelabeast I’m glad to hear it saved you some hassle! It’s amazing the video has been so well received. I actually made it on a whim. 🙃
I am a first time homeowner and haven't been able to use my washer/dryer due to a leak at the faucet. I was tired of waiting for the plumber and decided to do some research and found this video - I fixed it in 5 minutes. Thank you!
@justinekwiecinski Congratulations on your first home and resolving a plumbing issue yourself! I’m glad the video was useful to you!
Preparing to sell our home, this exact scenario happened after shutting the valves off to do some floor repair in the laundry room. Thought for sure I was going to have to replace the entire valve until I found this video. 1/4 of a turn later and the leaky stem stopped leaking. This is exactly what RUclips is for! Thank you sir!
My wife and kids thank you for showing us this as I was becoming increasingly frustrated with this exact problems as was going to take it out on them. Thank you. Saved me a trip to the county and a court hearing.
@jkk2940 I’m glad to hear the video helped keep the peace!
Thanks!
I have four kids and a dog in our home and the laundromat gets expensive! Thank you so much for this video, I am now a subscriber. 🙂
@Amber S I’m glad to hear the video helped you out! With four kids and a dog you need a private laundromat! Wow! I really appreciate you checking out the video, subscribing and thank you again for the Super Thanks tip! That was very kind of you!
Your voice and manner of explaining is so soothing. Thank you.
@LittleWhiteRabbitProductions You are very kind, I appreciate you saying that! I'm glad you found the video helpful!
This was an absolute help! 😅 My wife and I just bought a house and installed the washer. The cold water is leaking pretty bad. We think this could be the issue so we will be testing this out. Thank you for the tip! Saved us some money!
@tterrell77 Congratulations on the new house! I hope this resolves your washer issue! Thanks for the kind note!
Thanks, as a single girl living in a house alone I watched this and fixed the issue myself! So easy. I thought I was doomed to be broke but it appears to of wored.
Cynthia Jones I’m glad to hear it helped you!
I just did the same!
And now to add to the list of single girls lol thank you sir! Much appreciated!
I realize this video is dated 6 yrs ago, but thank you for having this up! You saved me the cost of having someone come out and look at my washer and pipes (and they probably would have recommended unnecessary expensive "repairs"). I don't have the money for that right now at all. After spending a while cleaning up water off of the tile and making sure it wasn't anywhere else in the house, I did a Google search and it popped up your video. I gave it a try and it worked! It was just that simple. Lol. I tested everything out and have done 2 more loads of laundry with no further issues. As a woman who lives alone as a first time homeowner and does not have family locally I can call upon, your video was a lifesaver.
@NothingToSeeHere1141 It is getting to be an old video, but still relevant to many it seems! I’m glad to hear it saved you money and frustration! Seems like you have the homeowner skills well in hand!
Thanks for posting this. I’m a single homeowner that loves to save money on fixing, installing, and replacing things in my home when I can. I looked this up and found your video and it resolved my leak.
@Alicia Renee I’m very glad you found it helpful! I’m like you, I love saving money on things I can do myself. Thanks for the note! I hope you will consider subscribing!
So great! I'm a 72 year caregiver of my adult daughter with autism. I have to squeeze every penny I can. This easy little packing nut squeeze is just the bees knees! 😂 Thank you!!
@everlast6678 I’m glad you found it helpful! Subscribe if you’re interested in these types of home repairs!
Well, direct, detailed and easy to follow. And here I thought I was going to at worse spend $10s of dollars and time cutting it off and replacing the valve, or at best replace a gasket/washer all in a tight space, when insight full inspection & tightening a nut solves the problem. I love a real, practical solution, Thank you.
@AllenScantland I’m so happy to hear the video was useful to you! I hope you will subscribe and share with others! Many thanks my friend!
Thanks Doug I was not sure what the heck I was going to do I'm 62 year old singlelady living alone and I have no idea who to call for help and when I saw your video did the trick so thanks a lot God bless you
Mary Anna Lewis I’m very glad you found it and that helped you out! 😀
Solved my problem in 10 minutes! 7 watching the video, 2 finding the wrench, and 30 seconds turning the packing nut. Thanks!!
@eeyore I’m glad to hear that the video was helpful to you! Thanks for the note!
First time home buyer. Owner left the washing machine but it need some springs replaced. Turned handle to turn water off noticed it leaking slightly. Got everything done. Had to turn water back on and it started leaking more. Looked online & saw your video. Leak gone for now! Thank you so much sir!
@Bolaindie My pleasure, glad it was helpful! Congratulations on your new home!
2:20 in and you answered my own question that solved my problem. The nut was loose... thanks!
@ClintLenard Glad it helped out!
10 seconds done! THANK YOU , THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!
@henrygreenhg Glad it was helpful to you! Thanks for the comment!
Thank you for sharing this. I’m a new homeowner and videos like this make some of the quirks of my home less daunting. Fixed in less than five minutes.
Congratulations on the new home! I’m glad the video was helpful for you!
Doug, today you saved me whatever the price of a plumber is! I was so disgusted because I am not a handyman except in the bedroom, LOL! I replaced a corroded hose per the instructions from my neighbor. Was very happy I accomplished something with a tool. Upon turning on the water it leaked at the handle, again upset. Till my lovely, lovely wife told me to go to youtube. I am 75 yrs old and not a computer guy. After watching your youtube video, I did an 1/8 turn on the stem and the water stopped. Thank goodness for guys like you. Again, thank you, Denny.
@DH Denny I’m glad you found it helpful! I hate spending money of plumbers or other trades that I can do myself. If I can’t do it, I’m fine with paying the price but many times, like this, it’s so easy to DIY. I hope you will subscribe (free) and check out some of the other videos! Thanks for the note!
Awesome!!!! Man…you helped me save 250$🎉🎉
The video was really helpful. I was about to call a plumber and replace the entire outlet box.
@arunantony3834 I’m glad to hear the video helped out and saved you some money! And thanks again for the kind tip! I really appreciate your kindness! Happy New Year!
Man this video was perfect. My family and I just moved into a new home and there’s been several hiccups, a leaky washing machine faucet was one of them. This video saved me from what I thought was going to need a call to a plumber. Thank you.
@planiel9546 Congratulations on the new home! I’m glad the video helped make the move in better!
It worked! ! Had a washer leak for awhile and saw your post. Just as you instruted ,Got my wrench tighten the nut and still a little water, tighten a little more and No More Leaking..Thank you so much for sharing.
I'm glad to hear that the video was helpful, Barbara! Thanks for the note!
Sir, you saved me hundreds of dollars, thank you.
@almytsai I'm glad to hear the video was helpful!
It worked!!!! You saved me $300 of hiring a guy to come tighten the packing nut (which I never heard of before)
@jimfrey5448 I’m glad to hear that it helped you out! I’m sure you have better uses for that $300! Thanks for the comment!
Took me 30 seconds to fix. What a handy video. Thank you sir!
@Moses Hernandez I’m glad to hear it was helpful to you! Thanks for the note! I appreciate it!
This information is great! It saved me hiring a plumber. Thank you!
@sarahstone8051 I’m glad you found it helpful! Thanks for the note!
This one saved me! Exactly what I needed! Thanks!
@hiermedien5943 I’m glad you found it and that it helped out! Thanks for the note!
Thanks very much for the video! Would not have known what to do if you didn’t show me! Now there is no leak and wife is happy.
@Andrew Kurtz I’m glad the video was helpful to you! Happy wife, happy life!
Thanks so much! I just bought a house for the first time, and upon getting my very first washer and dryer in to the utility room, I noticed a substantial leak when I turned on the water. Thanks to this video and my trusty channellocks, I am finally doing my first load. The people I encounter this week thank you in advance for not having to deal with my ripe ass.
@jaedaens I'm glad it was helpful! And the people you encounter are very welcome! LOL Thanks for the kind words! Congrats on your new home!
My washer just got delivered and the installer showed me my leak. He almost had me convinced to call a plumber. You just saved me some money. Thanks
nique89 I’m glad it helped out!
Can express how much I appreciate your video and how thankful I am for your video
I've been waiting a long time to get around to fixing that leak but wasn't sure about how to do it I just fixed it today in about 5 minutes so no more shrinking my clothes and my wife blaming it on me getting fat so thanks again for your free video
@VICTOR CARRILLO I’m glad you found it useful! My wife blames me for getting fat too! Lol
Thank you! That fixed my leak. I was about to call a plumber. You saved me some $. Much appreciated.
@crow9553 I’m so glad to hear that! It doesn’t fix all leaks, but definitely the most common one. I hope you’ll consider subscribing, liking the video and share with your friends!
Sir, this was so helpful. Clear and concise. You, my good man, are a scholar and a gentleman
@V. Hansen Why thank you very much, good sir! I am glad you found the video helpful! I do appreciate the kind words!
Thank you very much fixed my leak after watching your how to video, had the exact same leak, Great how to helped me a ton, I’m spoked when It comes to these washing machine water valves them seem so fragile.. Thank You Shreveport LA..
@Jasonsoldschool Glad to hear the video helped out! You are right, they do seem fragile!
Saved me alot of trouble. New washer came in and the delivery guy noticed the leak. I thought of the nut on the top of the handle but this video showed me what to tighten and fixed it! Thank you so much.
Glad it helped out!
Well done!!!$ im definitely gonna try this on my rental property 👍🏾today
@charlesames4933 I hope it resolves your issue! Good luck!
I was expecting a couple of trips to Lowe's Depot for parts and then a couple of hours of frustration with my leaky valves; but you saved me that time with this perfectly executed instructional lesson. Thank you!
One slight turn of that nut and seems to have stopped my leak. Although I may have done a little too much, as now turning the knob definitely feels tighter. thank you so much! saved me a $250 plumber visit.
Mark Klarer Glad it was helpful!
That fixed it!! My son and daughter-in-law were going to return from their honeymoon we wanted their washer and dryer to be fully installed when they arrived. But we turned on the hookup and it was leaking badly. I thought we needed a plumber! Bless you, John.
Kevin Crenshaw Glad it helped!
You are a life saver. Stopped my leak with a small turn on the nut. We had been turning it off when we werent using it,
@Jimmy Rivers I’m glad it helped out! I hope you will consider subscribing!
One small turn of the packing nut to the right solved the problem! Was worried about a service call but not anymore...thanks for your great advice, much appreciated😁
Glad it was helpful Gary!
Your quick and concise video just saved me a lot money. The fix was very EASY. I did not even know that packing nut was there. I thought it was part of the faucet. This took a very big burden off me, not knowing how much it could have potentially cost me. THANK YOU
Glad it was helpful to you James! Thanks for the comment!
I was about to call a plumber and thought I’d quickly check you tube in case it was a quick fix. Glad I did!! Fixed it myself with no problems.
Thank you so much for posting this. You gave me the knowledge to fix my own packing nut and helped me keep the creepy maintenance man from my complex out of my house.
@Amanda Gayle I’m glad the video helped you out and got you going! I’m REALLY glad it helped you keep the creepy maintenance guy out of your place! I have daughters so I can relate to the situation! Keep building your DIY skills!
Always be those that put their nose up to “manual labor” but still greatful we are in the days of youtube- saves me $ almost weekly. Thanks for the great video.
@TennesseeMattOutdoors I’m glad you found the video useful! Yes lots of people don’t realize how easy most home and car repairs are. Great way to save money in this rough economic environment.
Brother, Thank you. I can NOW use the hot water line.
@regardlesslyU I’m glad it helped out!
Thank you for making this video. It helped me a ton. I had watched a plumber fix our leak by doing the same thing. After he fixed the leak, I never turned the handle again until about a year and half later which was today. When I turned the faucet handle, the leak came back, so I did a RUclips search, and your video came up. After watching your video, I turned the packing nut a few times and stopped the leak. I thought everything was fixed until I turned the faucet handle again. When I did, it leaked again. I had to turn the packing nut a few more times to stop the leak. It’s not leaking now, and I’m going to leave the faucet handle the way it is.
@Tom Nguyen I’m glad it helped! Turning the handle after the valve has sat for a long time is usually when it will start leaking. Usually a few turns on the packing nut will stop it again.
Thanks for saving me the time to figure out how to shop for the right size valve, the money to replace the leaky valve, and the time to wait for it to be delivered. Fixed today! Back to doing laundry :)
Glad it helped you out!
You go and buy a 1/2” tap. It’s not rocket science
This video saved me a bundle! I was about to call a plumber to fix my leaking cold water washer faucet. A tightening of the "packing nut" took three seconds and the problem was fixed!
Peter LaChapelle Glad it was helpful!
The comments are so funny!
Thanks for the tip
@jessicaniehuis3521 Thanks for checking it out!
This was so helpful! We had a new washer installed yesterday and when I went down to the basement this morning I had a small trickle of water on the floor from beneath my new machine. I looked closely and found a trickle of water coming from the hot water intake faucet. After watching your video I went down and followed your instructions of tightening the nut under the handle after turning off the water and drying everything off. I reattached the hose and turned the water back on. I now have a folded paper towel under it and am waiting to see what happens. Fingers crossed that I fixed it! 🤞 My husband pitched a fit thinking we had a "faulty installation" of the new washer. 🙄 I'm hoping it's just the nut loosened just enough to cause the leak and that all is well now. Thanks for your help! 🤩
@helpfulnatural I’m glad to hear it was helpful! It’s pretty common for the faucet to leak when attaching new hoses. I hope you found the issue!
@@DougForce I ran a load of towels as a test using warm water. NO LEAKS!! Thanks again! 🥳
@helpfulnatural Excellent!
The most useful DIY video I have seen in a long time.
@Curtis Bryant Thanks for the kind words, I’m glad you found it helpful!
Just got a washer and dryer for my new house. The faucet leaked when we turned it on, and this was exactly what I needed to fix it. Thank you so much!
Glad it was helpful! Congrats on the new house!
Thank you for your help - you saved me a $200 plumber bill!
@Lynnette Scharf I’m very glad to hear it helped out! Now spend that $200 on something fun for yourself! That’s the best part of DIY!
Thank you for this video. I fixed my problem myself today! If I didn't watch this I likely would have made the problem more expensive by taking the whole thing apart and likely causing more leaks.
Thank you!
@ferrerforhair I’m very happy to hear that the video helped you out! Fixing it yourself is always the most fun and it saves money too! Thanks for letting me know!
THANK YOU FOR THIS! Just bought a new washing machine and it started leaking after 2 loads. Thought I was going to lose my mind and this fixed it!
@Katie Thach I’m glad it was helpful to you! I hope you’ll consider subscribing and hitting that like button too! 😀
Thank you for this ... we were fixing to call a plumber, but after watching this video and tightening the packing nut (which was maybe 1/4 turn), the leak stopped. A free repair compared to hundreds!!
@KJ I’m glad it helped! Nothing better than spending your money on yourself rather than a plumber!
Thank you. I think this is my problem. Had to buy a new washing machine. Installers couldn’t remove hot water hose from valve and left me the washer and told me to call a plumber. No one available since it was after 6 pm Friday. Now I have a dripping valve and have to wait 3 days for a plumber unless I think I can fix this myself. Appreciate you. Thanks. At least I have a better understanding of this valve.
@nomi harper It’s always fun when situations don’t go as expected isn’t it! 😜 if the pack nut is the problem sometimes just a 1/4 turn will resolve it. Give it a try…..
@@DougForce that’s what I was wondering myself but I could damage things and I’m afraid. Then I might create a mess. Ugh. Thank you for answering me 🙏even if I succeed the hose is stuck on the valve. WD40 didn’t do the trick. Probably using 2 wrenches in opposite directions and having strength would be successful.
@nomi harper If you turn off the water to that faucet before you turn that packing nut, you should be fine - can’t make it worse with the water off. But yeah, you still have the stuck hose. I’d keep putting WD-40 on it and try using two pair of pliers…. You can always call a plumber Monday if you don’t get it. Good luck!
Thank you. Its amazing how little i had to tighten the nut to stop a very big problem in my new appartment. Again THANK YOU!
I’m glad it helped you out Jewels!
Clean simple, like my father teaching me. Wish I had seen this a week ago, probably all that I needed before it soaked my wall and floors. I learned a lot here.
@Justin Wahrenburg thanks for the kind words. Sorry to hear about your flood but hey experience is a valuable teacher so chalk all those lessons up for future reference! I can’t count how many lessons I’ve learned the hard way! Lol
Yea! Me too!
Thanks so much for the compression nut tightening tip. I was contemplating to replace 2 leaking faucets or not. Then after tightening up the compression nut, no more water leak!
thank you, we just fixed our leaking faucet behind our washing machine (and can start washing clothes again). Thank you.
@John Thornburg I’m glad the video was helpful! Clean clothes are always nice! 😀. I hope you will consider subscribing and thanks for the note!
Thank you sir, gonna impress my bf with my plumbing knowledge 😂
I was able to fix the leak and connect the new kitchen sink to the drain
So far so good. No leaks on my watch 😎
@Vanessa Gonzalez Excellent! I'm glad the video was helpful! Impressing the bf is even better! Thanks for the note! :)
Thank you for this video! mine started leaking leaked into the garage I started looking at what I had to do after cranking on the valve and realizing it wasn’t gonna budge! I thought I had to replace the entire valve which was cutting open the wall and cutting pipes just which was something I just did not want to do today but instead this easy fix we did the trick thank you so much for this video! Saved me time and money
I’m glad it was helpful, Scott! 😀.
Thanks so much Doug. I've been working behind a computer way too long I forgot how to be a man. I feel indestructible after fixing this.
@FaK Fatkids lol I’m glad it helped restore your masculinity! Thanks for the smile! 😀
Thanks for the video!! You saved me from calling a plumber at my aunt's house. I gave both valve nuts a tigthen and sure enough the leaks stopped!!
Glad it helped!
Okay. I am a stay at home mom. My husband works. So I am essentially everything under the sun. Thanks to you John, not my John, I can fix our spigot.
Oh my gosh thank you so much cannot wait to try this tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes. I am a widow with limited income and need to do most repairs my self.
I hope it helps out Penny! Good luck!
Did you have any luck, Penny?
Thanks a bunch for this easy diy vid. Just bought a new house, hooked up the washer hoses and as in your video, both valves were leaking. Quick 1/4 turn on each and i was back in business! 👌🏼👍🏼
Glad it helped out in the new house!
Thank You. This worked for us in about 20 seconds. Thought I was gonna have to tear apart to replace seal etc. In appreciation you just earned another subscriber!
anthony vanucci Glad it helped! Thanks very much!
I was just about ready to enter a likely nightmare repair when I tried this packing nut fix. It worked! Thank you so much...!
@jon Sheehan Glad it was helpful to you! Sure beats calling a plumber! Lol
YAY THANK YOU FOR THIS VID. Saved me from having to cut the drywall and replace the whole valve.
@Jon Garcia I'm glad you found it helpful! Nothing better than saving money and avoiding extra work! Thanks for checking out the channel!
Great video helped me fix my issue and saved me a bunch of money and headaches
Thank you!!!! I had to leave a comment because this saved me so much time.
@eddiehuynh4468 I’m glad to hear the video helped out! Thanks for the note!
Another thank you to add to the list. I shut off the valve to do a remodel, and turning it back on it started to leak. Snugged it up and it is good to go. Thanks!
hooeetube Glad to hear it was useful to you! Just subscribed to your channel - love riding videos!
Couldn’t have been more helpful!! Thanks so much!!
@terryflatt1324 Glad to hear it! Thanks for letting me know!
Thank you so much for making this video. I will attempt to fix my washing machine hook-ups now that you've taught me what to look for and what to do.
Hope it helps, Nancy!
Thanks allot. I was wondering why my valve had water leaking. Your a life saver.
Glad it helped out!
My FIL's washer started leaking and I thought it was the hoses, which I replaced (probably could've just done the washers; live & learn) but there's still a leak dribbling off the valve handle, which is horizontal. Trickier to figure out where the leak is, and different valve model, but I'll give this a try. Thanks for the detailed explanation.
@Nathan Maharaj If the leak is coming from the handle area, there is a good chance it might be packing material related. I hope it helps you resolve it. Let me know how it goes!
I shut my water off for the first time in several years while fixing my washing machine pump and saw a leak from the stem when I turned it back on. I was trying to get an idea of what rubber washer needed replacement and watched your video. I barely tightened the collar as you show in the video and it was fixed. Thanks.
Glad it helped!
Second time trying this and just like you I had to tighten a second time. Seems to be working. Glad to know that if it doesn't completely stop the leak that I can just replace the washer. Now if only I can find the leak in the main water line for my house. My water bill has been very high lately with fewer people living in the house...arggg! Nice video!
Glad to hear it worked for you. Water leaks in the main line aren’t fun, but once you find it and access it, it can usually be repaired for $10 or less in parts.
Thanks Doug! I watched this and fixed the issue. May the force continue to be with you. Blessings!
Eric Rivera Glad it helped out, Eric! I’ve been one with the Force for as long as I can remember! ;)
Thank u this fixed my issue. I was watching this just for info so I would know what to tell someone what was wrong didnt realize I was gonna be able to stop the leak my self in 5 sec of time. And to think I almost paid someone to come out and look at it.
I’m glad it was helpful to you Josh!
This is exactly what I needed! Thank you, you saved my landlord an expensive service call for a loose nut.
I’m glad it was helpful, MaryAnne!
Wow, thanks man! Had this exact problem and assumed I would be replacing the stem at least. Didn't even know that packing nuts were a thing. Great video and cool intro title!
Thanks for the kind comment! Glad it was helpful!
ok so i put a washer in and tightened the hose and all and the washer is leaking in the back found this vid and you bro are a life saver.
Glad it was helpful!
@@DougForce im glad you helped me
Well done, had no idea about the packing nut, was going to replace the whole valve. Thank you for making the video.
@Stephen Dullard I’m glad it was helpful! Thanks for the note. I hope you will consider subscribing!
Sir thank you for this ! It helped & probably saved me hundreds of bucks
@coreypatrick7230 I’m happy it was useful to you! Thanks for the note!
Thanks! Very helpful. Been dealing with this problem for about a week. We have went through a lot of towels:)
Glad it was helpful!
That did the trick. Calling the plumber to cancel now. Thanks
Glad it helped!
Thanks man. Saved me a trip to the hardware store.
@ryantacazon6851 Glad to hear the video helped out! Thanks for the comment!
Went out to buy a replacement spicket and forgot the size, so had to buy 2 sizes, i should have known this.
all that my leaky spicket needed was a good clockwise tightening of the packing nut. water was leaking from the stem.
now i can go get my 20$ back.
thanks
Derek Loki Glad it helped out!
Omg. Just got a washer and dryer and it was leaking water. Called Maintenance. They said they fixed it I checked still leaking just not as much. Seen this video, did it my self now it’s completely stopped. Thanks for the video
I’m glad it helped out!
Perfect solution, thank you I didn't have to call my landlord!
@History High with Lisa Marrie I’m glad it was helpful! 😀
thank you for posting this!!! you saved me so much aggravation and money!!!!
Glad it helped out!
Worked perfect! Saved me alot money calling a plumber.
Glad it was helpful, Josh!
