Yes, after you have used it completely Q You will need to do less than half of your HP and after you do this, press Z and then Q, so you will restore part of your HP,And you continue until you have a full damage multiplier (About x5), At the same time you can buff HP using the method earlier
G + E + M1x3 + T + R + M1x3 + Y + E + M1x4 It’s 100% true in the video but heavily relies of the G hitting. I only use this combo solely for pve, if not remove the first two steps.
