Hi Audrey,
Yes, sure the license expiration does not affect the functionality of the product. If you skip a renewal, you stop getting updates and support from us. Though you may renew the license whenever you want with a 50% discount.

I just bought the plugin "Hotel Booking WooCommerce Payments" in order to be able to sell products from a shop using woocommerce + offer accomodation with motopress.
Thanks a lot for it, the plugin looks great.
However, when I have already a reservation of room in my basket, I can't add any products from woocommerce. I have this error :
"Your cart contains product that cannot be purchased with other products. Finish your reservation first or empty the cart."
What would be the solution please ? Did I miss something ?

Hi Simon, there is no option to let to order common WooCommerce products and Reservation product you created for Hotel booking plugin in the same transaction. We would recommend to edit the message of notification to guide your customer to finish reservation and then proceed to shop page to purchase products.

Hi. The MotoPress Hotel Booking plugin can be synchronized with any platform that supports the ical format. It looks like Myallocator supports ical, but you may need to contact them to be sure. You can test out syncing with Myallocator in one of our back-end demos here hbdemo.getmotopress.com/
In Accommodation settings of Motopress I am not able to see WooCommerece link under Payment tab after Beanstream/Bambora link please help how to get that
Hi, You can integrate payment gateways from WooCommerce by getting additionally Hotel Booking WooCommerce payments addon motopress.com/products/hotel-booking-woocommerce-payments/ This video is about this addon and how to use. If you have already purchased it please install addon to your site and activate it. Also you need WooCommerce main plugin installed and activated for new gateway to appear in the Hotel Booking settings.

Hi, I already have the hotel woocomerce payment plugin, and I've followed each step, but each time I try to make a booking it goes to the "cart" page saying that there is nothing in the cart... can you help me with that?
Hi, Deivid! First of all you should make sure to create a separate Checkout page for the Hotel Booking with the [mphb_checkout] shortcode and select that page next to "Checkout Page" option under Accommodation ->Settings: prnt.sc/tuvyrj . You should also create a Cart page with [woocommerce_cart] shortcode and WooCommerce Checkout page with the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode (if they are not created yet) and select them next to corresponding options under WooCommerce ->Settings ->Advanced tab: prnt.sc/tuvra7 - this should resolve the issue
@@MotoPressCom Thanks a lot for your quick answer, it totally worked!... but now my checkout form looks like this: prnt.sc/tv8zx1. it really looks very different from the one on the video, there is maybe an option I'm missing to apply the theme's styles to that checkout form?
@@MotoPressCom i have the same problem, i dont want a cart page and 2 checkout pages i just want the booking and then the payment [woocommerce_checkout] page without any pages more, this plugin is very dificult to make everithing work fine
@@alex28913 Thanks for your feedback. At the moment, there is no possibility to remove one of the checkout pages. As a workaround you may hide some fields on the checkout form of the Hotel Booking plugin by means of Checkout Fields add-on.
Hi, right after "Price breakdown" you have "Your information" fields, can I get rid of them completely? It seam to me pointless when clients are filing same fields on WooComm checkout page anyway. It only makes the whole form too long.

Hi Vit, you may get rid of some fields under Your Information section using our Checkout Fields add-on for Hotel Booking: motopress.com/products/hotel-booking-checkout-fields/, however, such fields as "Email" can not be removed, as they are required by the plugin.

1. if I understand correctly WooCommerce check-out page is basically last page in line added after your original check out page.
2. By using WooCommerce checkout connection am I sending notification email from WooCommerce as well or just from your plugin?
3. By using this integration, can I still use WooCommerce for other products? (I know I cant have hotel reservation and product on one cart)
@@vitlastovka2728 By using the Checkout Fields add-on you will be able to change fields order on the Checkout page, so you will be able to move the Email field to the top of the "Your Information" section
@@vitlastovka2728 1. It depends on what payment gateway is used in WooCommerce, the guest may be redirected to payment gateway page once he fills in all the details on WooCommerce Checkout page

@@saaraaviles This depends on how the woocommerce checkout page is styled by your theme. By the way, there was used Mollie Payment addon that offered all those payment methods.
All of my booking confirmation emails are going to spam folders how doe I fix this?

Hello, Supratim! Sorry for the delayed response. Please be informed that our Hotel Booking plugin comes with a couple of inbuilt payment gateways including Stripe, for example, which allows taking payments via credit cards by default. As for the WooCommerce Payments add-on, it allows connecting pretty much any WooCommerce-compatible payment gateway to our Hotel Booking plugin.

Thank you for your interest in the Hotel Booking plugin. By default, there are not used guest accounts in the Hotel Booking plugin. We have this request in our list of features so it might be released in one of the next updates.
This tutorial is not complete. I followed all the steps yet the Woocommerce/Mollie payment area does not show up on the page where customer fills out personal details. I have openeda ticket but am still waiting while my client just arrived impatiently, I am very stressed right now.
Hi Janne, thanks for contacting us. The payment gateways (including WooCommerce) are available within confirmation mode 'upon payment'. You can change it at Accommodation > Settings. Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
