Well, we need to define what is the happiness, what is each individual goal and understand life itself is a process. In order to reach wahtever the goal in life is a process. Enjoy the process is the key to have a postive attitute and life. Today's kids as well as many adults in China only care about the end goal but not really enjoy the process to get there. It is a hard living, and of course, unknown environment does not help either.

其实也不是，当你不有求于人的时候你就觉得放弃了社交，不需要去讨好任何人。现在的小孩都是独生子，其次是他们都是被父母宠爱的环境下长大， 这样就会没有需要有求于人的被迫的时候，就会自然的个性表现出来就是直接的重视自我的感受，内心没有想要照顾别人的想法也没有这个的需求。
