@@GottlikeDamon The investigation was poorly performed in an unprofessional hasty manner. One can suspect anyone of doing something however concrete evidence that a crime is being committed is key, otherwise it's wrongful use of power and completely void as far as the law is concerned.
Reasonable suspicion was created when he showed a prank note that he stated was his receipt for the TV instead of just declining to show a receipt while asserting he did purchase the TV.
@@randys6220Wrong. He showed the officer the real receipt, however the salty officer wasn’t satisfied when all he had to do was show the employees that he did in fact have the correct receipt. End of prank. You guys need to take some notes when you watch videos like this 🧾
@@perfectsoulmates2023 When you mess with the bull be prepared for the horns. It was too late by then once the cop asked for ID he is not going to forgo that and let him go without showing ID. When the cop asked him for ID the 2nd time and he did not pull it out it was arrest time.
Cop needs to be charged with theft by snatching, as well as for violating rights under the color of law.
The way they laugh at him at the end when the officer stands him up just irritates the crap out of me for some reason.
Adults today are nothing more than developed children who do adult things.
Dont worry.... this is WAY MORE than enough to fire them all and sue them.
That really pissed me off too, like I just got sudden rage.
He needs to bring this video into a courtroom. Professional employees cannot say stuff like "I need the fucking receipt" and or laugh while he's getting assaulted unlawfully.
There's so much wrong here I can't even
An injustice against one man anywhere is an injustice against all men everywhere
Please sue them. Its a slam dunk, they will settle.
He doesn't have grounds to sue because he was wrong for failure will pay a policy agree to when he entered
They take that tv from you, that is theft.
Sue the police and Walmart don't let that shit slide bro
Sue them and use the money to make more mystery boxes hahah
We need a Lawyer's Reaction on this one 😂
irony is that if he really stole the TV, the police cannot do anything, people just walk into department stores and loot the place all the time
Wow, I’ve watched these videos for a while and I can’t believe they actually arrested him for that. They took the bait for sure and not just assaulted him, but took his personal property. This is an easy lawsuit.
It won't even go to trial... the city and walmart will just mail him checks in about a year's time...
The cop was triggered when Brenden asked if breaking Walmarts policy was breaking the law, because he knew Brenden was right.
What Brenden was arrested for is commonly known as contempt of cop or failure to boot lick. The fragile bruised ego of the officer that supposedly took an oath to defend the constitution didn’t like being made to look like a chump by this young man.
I hope Brenden sues the department (and Walmart) for all they have, and gets this tyrant fired.
No Brendan was not right
He has to follow Walmart policy… That's not optional or debatable
It's condition upon him being allowed to be there in the first place
@@keithziegler8881 the officer is not the person to enforce the POLICY of a private business, though, that would be fascism.
If Brendan had been asked to leave instead of being detained, then trespassing law might have come into play, but it never did in this situation, therefore the law enforcement was trying to be policy enforcement. Period.
the workers fault
I would sue the police department for unlawful detainment, arrest, and assault for putting his hands on you the way he did.

Watch this shorts and tell me if this is assault?
These people are fucking wild man over a recipes
Receipts, man, receipts!
@@oogway73 over freaking recipes man can’t believe this shit 🤦♂️
Yet cops will let looters with full big bags of product run free, smh.
Suge Knight really needs to chill out. He's just a walmart greeter now.
Brenden going to be the next auditor! You got lots of money heading your way my friend! Can’t wait for the update!
Doctors who circumcise should lose their license to practice
The amputation of healthy erroneous tissue without the consent of the patient is unethical
Lmfao I worked at Walmart you don’t have to show them a damn thing and all the tvs were locked up so for them to get the tags off they gotta get unlocked so yea this a lawsuit forsure even if they do tell you to stop they can’t touch you or the shit in you’re cart
This is why people dislike most cops. I mean🐷
Hit me up! It's Lawyer time!
Branden get a lawyer man sue the crap out of this guy were talking Cash here ALOT OF CASH!!! 💚💚💚💚🤑🤑🤑👍👍👍
Nice lawsuit there ez money. Milk them for everything they got
You got a lawsuit, easy win. Take them to court
Hard to tell what actually happened since you put that cut in. There could have been 5-10 minutes of the cop asking for an id and telling you he's going to arrest you if you don't. Lets see an unedited version.
Doesn't give him the right to touch his phone, and yank it off of him.
They were in a public place and he can legally record.
@@mrgyani legally recording in public has nothing to do with it. If you're being told you're about to be arrested and you don't put the phone away, the cop can take your phone and then arrest you. What do you think? The cop is required to let you hold the phone while he handcuffs you?
@@jaketallorlin223yep. Pretty amazing how many comments say he should sue. Clueless.
Homeboy gonna get like a payout from Walmart AND the police. Like this is payday material
Man I watched this with my 7 year old daughter she even said “why did they arrest him he didn’t even do nothing”…..
Basketball people laughing for what? Y'all are the jokes of this country 😂😂
Excuse me, those are jogging Americans
Security is only that strong because of their people. Everything on the shelves isn't locked up because of white people. I like when she said "am I circumcized? Git tha police".
Those are kids that work at Walmart because they are saving to go to college
And note the three pigs monitering him like the hardned criminal he is. Tax dollars well spent.
Nice KKKomment dufus
Brenden got his street cred now.
Cop started assaulting him without saying he is being detained or arrested, HUGE lawsuit. Bury that department.
Looks like Brandon is about to tap into a new income stream.
Bro is a hero for sticking up for honest shoppers who are tired of feeling like a thief every time they try to shop.
Sue the police and Walmart. We’re taking BIG money dude!!!!!!
He can't sue either one of them since he was in the wrong
False arrest and detainment. Assault as he grabbed you. Nice little pay out there. Well done.
ruclips.net/user/shortsEGOWsoorziw?si=EDTR2wslCIPvlHAj
Is this assault?
roseville michigan police department. You’re welcome
Ur vids r such bangers
judge: “you can accept the cash settlement offered by the township, OR, you can choose the MYSTERY BOX!
Should've went with the Mystery Box
You're arrested for not identifying yourself That's not even a crime 😂 If you do a lawsuit you would win💯
It would be if a crime was committed, as soon as they determine no crime was committed the rest of the detainment is invalidated and he didn't have to show ID.
That wasn't an arrest. That's called kidnapping
If anyone was wondering its the Roseville Michigan Police Department
They arrested you for that but people stealing cart full of items don't get arrested, smh
Walmart employees think they are god just because they are getting paid two dollors extra. People who work these low jobs are as low as you can go.😂
Walmart becoming the new Gamestop. People can't take a simple little joke, laugh a little, its not like Brenden was going around stealing food off people's plates and doing really screwed up pranks that aren't even funny.
Walmart isn’t a membership store. You are not required to show a receipt. Only at membership stores you agree to that when you sign up such as Costco and Sam’s club. At wal mart they cannot force you to show a receipt.
Ohhh this is going to be a GLORIOUS series coming. 😂 You got yourself a winning lawsuit bud.
