I think that's why I loved it back when I started watching in 2017, and still do so now. Though, even if idol line-ups and time coding setups change with the show, I think the thing that really makes this show stand out is what you said; idols aren't just asked to perform or do the things they usually expect to do as an idol. They're asked stuff, they share stories, they have fun with the cast members, etc. Especially since I think most of the guys here in Knowing Bros are usually pretty comfortable to be around, it makes for a good way to see your idols be comfortable sharing as well, especially since it's likely a lot of them wanna do so anyways. Plus, the show just has a good balance of different kinds of comedy and sarcasm, and other variety show tropes that just make it really fun to watch.
