What a refreshing interview! I knew Marc at Oracle when he ran the Apple product line, but this is my intro to Ms. Rometty. We both started at IBM the same year, so I feel I can relate to her vantage point of the industry as it has evolved. I love her philosophy re the future of work. I hope she gets a broader audience and thereby can have a broader influence on opinion leaders, especially in education reform. Thank you, Marc, for enabling this pulpit for Ginni's eye-opening message (makes me wish I'd resisted Oracle's siren call and stayed at IBM!)!

Science asks how can we build nuclear weapons? Philosophy asks should we build nuclear weapons?

In the US, healthcare is an amazingly inefficient industry, that is collapsing under its own weight. IBM has much work ahead of them.
