I'm an utter PvM noob. Played a skiller for years. Made an iron alt with combat and figured after doing the fight cave, I might as well try the kiln. Your guide was clear enough that even someone like me managed to get my first kiln cape.

I found this on my front page of RUclips and I'm only "watching" this video because I legit JUST finished it like 20 minutes ago without a guide. 37min run with Necromancy, 59mins with magic, 1hour 10 mins with melee, (havent done range just yet, planning on it tomorrow) So no time for that but in result Necromancy is beyond broken and it was a breeze compared to the other styles.
I watched this twice, while preparing for the fight and then right before going in. Beat it first try! If you have a pickaxe on your belt you only need to equip your melee weapon to Crack the Dills.

Now, i'm trying to get the ZUK cape trying this guide called "The Easiest Zuk Method in Runescape - Updated 2024" by QP RS, which requires the kiln cape (Thats how i found your video). The idea is when using tank armor and the right tank perks, its possible to ignore alot of the damage. If you could make a Rasial guide that would be nice, because as of right now, many of those guides are not updated, some skills has changed and therefor wont work.
@@ecsagon QPs guide is great. Rasial speed is all about getting 3 skulls off w living death. I use supreme invigorate to make that easier. HMM. Maybe a simple guide would have a spot!
just a few things. pickaxe from toolbelt works, this means you can bring a 2handed/main hand melee weapon and use. should mention tokkul zoo(both for damage and easy teleport) should also mentioned obsidian armour(specificly helms for none necro users as the damage is big) as the damage reduction is handy if ppl who are struggling. you should also have explained how the crystals works...specificly the red and blue(the blue one does not block diln damage and could be a death trap if used this wave) red is a supply saver, the blue one just makes double jad afk...the arguable hardest wave. as there is no necromanzy dps crystal the other dps crystals can be ignored. i know this isnt supper hard content but all the things above makes it so much easyer. overall good video showcasing hard waves and explaining basic stuff.
Took me 5 tries but you walked me thu it 100% ty! Keep getting pulled on wave 35 and on the double jad they would attack even when behind the wall.. used a crystal and walked the final boss
Tip for you guys: always bind your food to your actions bar. It won't disrupt you when youre attacking and you will heal instantly instead of the one tick wait before healing.
my man i almost had a heart attack when the 2 jads attacked me because the wall didnt work i was saving a death dart to speed run the kill cause i know my dmg was low and i 3/4 cicled the final boss you guide was awsome thank you
Bonus information if anyone is struggling with health: Use tank perks like Absorbative 4 / Crystal Shield 4 / Enhanced Devoted 4 / Devoted 4 I did the run without even eating or using brews. You can do it too :)
I'm doing this on Mobile but even if i weren't, how did you get the light background? I think that contrast would really help me with the safe spotting!
@RCGJR_ if you haven't already looked into it I would definitely recommend using the Salve amulet e and training primarily in the wilderness or in like a personal Slayer dungeon. Ankou at that level, armored skeletons soon. And as soon as you hit level 70 perc the weapon with Undead Slayer it is so amazing with the Salve amulet and Undead Slayer
Got it first try! The only time I almost died was wave 28 but then I realized I can just run around 1 corner and the rest of the dills don't attack. Thanks boss!
Died from the mages, with 88 necro and tier 70 armor with tier 80 weapons. Going to get tier 80 armor and try again. Think its easily doable with a little more defense. edit: died again on round 30, didnt use safespot.
I wish I could say I had never died from making a safe spot mistake but honestly I have so many times in RuneScape content I'm sure you've got it by now but if not good luck on the next try
bro i avoided doing it for years and yesterday i did it for the first time , died the first time getting use to jad prayer switching but after that first round the second time i beat him and i did it 3 more times to get 4 fire capes lol , it was easy and i only did it in t80 necro armor and wep. Now im here prepping for kiln :D

I remember doing this years ago with little effort wearing obsidian armour. The armour is not too hard or tedious to get and provides like 55% damage resistance in fight kiln and zhuk caves. I remember that i didnt properly even use protect prayers against jad and when they hit it was quite low😅 might be a good tip for someone whos a bit scared of this kiln👍🏼
@@cckin2u i used obsidian armour and prayers souls split and prayer switch and my range is 96 with two Ascension crossbows and i died from jad and melee big bois i still dont know how to beat it with range or necromancer
@CasualGuidesRS3 no, I said full necro. So I don't mean using a familiar, but that would help. And it isn't slow unless you fail dps within a certain amount of time.
@CasualGuidesRS3 it's a method I found because after a year of playing, I came back on and necro was a new skill, so I went to get the necro cape. I completely forgot about the dils so I didn't bring any melee or pickaxe. At first it was slow and I was like wtf can I do ughhh but then I started messing around with stuff and found a full necro way to deal with them

Way to go man. No guide needed for you, sounds great. Ranged / other styles definitely benefit mor from the obsidian armors.

Necromancy works against dills just fine, just crack with pickaxe and re-equip your death guard.

I'd say take it to 90 and make those weps first. Doable earlier but not as CASUAL 😎

You can do the kiln 100% necro without melee and pickaxe. :)
For sure but It's sooooooo slow. Bloodreaver will kill Dills too.
