For the damage increases, it will double and then add two because the player getting hit by the damage gets to choose the order in which the replacement effects stack. So they (or arena automatically does it too) can choose the way that does less damage. Same thing happens with a damage doubler and then Ojer Axonill. Your opponent can choose to make a ping for 1 to double to 2 first and then increase to Ojer's power instead of doubling last.
