This is like a romance movie: in the beginning everything is going well, but then there is a plot twist that questions the morals of the protagonist, in the end the protagonist ends up with the monkey of their dreams after a high stakes battle. Basically Marss and Monkey are made for each other.

0:56 Actually, if you look at the frame right before the video pauses for the ""Vacuumune"", you'll see that Marss actually dashed right into Sephiroth, but the editor paused JUST after so we can laugh about "stupid hitboxes".
Remember, this happens with the red kill sparks as well. The flash frame is actually the frame AFTER the hitbox. It is most easily seen when Piranha Plant down b's offstage, and the opponent spikes him.
