Because God made Romanian women first lol...jokes aside, Romanians in general dress well all the time irrespective of how much money they have, they just manage to always be neat and tidy. Bucharest metro is fine, runs regularly and frequently and dirt cheap and trains are kept clean. Some of the stations may seem like they need a bit of TLC, but compared to some London or Paris tube stations which are really bad, they actually hold up well. I get a weekly metro ticket for 25 lei which is about 5 euro or 6 US dollars for as much riding as you like for the week.
