This hit me really hard. Beginning of this year we almost lost our dad and just like you explained it was a camp site at the hospital and very up and down regarding his condition. For my father though, it wasn’t his time, Jehovah willed and he gave us more time with him.
Could not stop crying watching your tribute as your situation/story could have easily been ours.
No doubt your father would be proud of what you have accomplished since his passing.

I watched this with so much tears. I stumbled upon your video and I immediately clicked on it because I too lost my father unexpectedly. You guys are so strong for sharing your Father's story, and that is how he will remain alive in your memories. Thank you for sharing this with me. And yes, to be absent in the flesh is to be present with God.

When my mum was born.. My mum didn’t even get to see her dad.. Because.. he past away before my mum was born..😭😭 and 2-3 years after.. my mums mum past away....😫 She couldn’t live without her parents being around her.. Everything in my life is heartbreaking! It’s been 5 years since my dad dad past away and I was like 7 years old and I can remember everything that happened to my pa.. I couldn’t stop crying when my cousins and uncle buried him (in NZ) In 2016 My older sister just received a call from one of our cousins in NZ.. my sister cried for 2 mins and my dad heard my sister cry and then my dad went in the room said “what happened?” (But in Samoan) She. Said.. “nana past away....” (my dads mum) we all heard and started to cry... 2 days after that, my family couldn’t afford for all of us to go but my dad and older sister had to go and by the time they came back from my nanas burial... my sister had a clip.. she recorded everything that happened and created a slideshow with all the moments my family and my dads whole family in NZ.. Half way through out the clip.. I had a lot of tears coming out!..😭😫😫💔 When I was in NZ my parents wanted us to leave to go back to Australia and I didn’t want to go back... It was a hard and heartbreaking life I had back then...😭💔

I know the feeling, 6 years ago my papa went to Samoa for a holiday 2 weeks go by and he comes home. He wouldn't eat, he went so skinny we could see all his bones, he couldn't walk he could hardly move. Then the doctors told us a week later that he had developed lung cancer, and there was no way to save him so we flew all our family over from all around the world for their last goodbyes and sing all his favourite songs. I got home from school and I remember my mum and I just running to the car and racing to the hospital to find my nana crying over him and the doctors and nurses trying to calm her down my mum and her siblings ran to him I was scared i stood next to his bed crying and calling all the family to come back to the hospital.
The day of the funeral had come my whole church followed us on the way to bury him I could see all my family crying their heart out, my mum remarried but I still wanted to keep my papas name, my uncle had 2 kids I always see his love in them, and my other uncle has a great job, my nana is strong she prays everyday and keeps her faith strong with all of my family still comforting her. I have accomplished so much the past 6 years, I just wish he was here to see me.

My Dad died from cancer at 37 I was 10 my sisters were younger
We came back from school he was on his bed it was like the hospital but at home we came back I was very dumb I just went straight upstairs then I heard crying I came downstairs he stopped breathing😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔 my mom came back from the store cause she went to go buy flowers for him she came in but it was too late she came in running and she dropped crying we all went downstairs my mom called all the family members everyone surrounded the bed crying so hard especially me and my siblings and my mom😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭😭 he died in 2017 I will always say to myself now he wont see me graduate high school,get married maybe and about fathers day😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔I miss you dad

Faima is correct! The journey isn't that easy and isn't naturally, but what matters most is the distance taken from A to B. But the Fuimaono is a strong family. The support and motivation to move forward is what helps in difficult moments such as. But really, the journey is not that easy, but to see how far we've gone matters most. Stay strong guys!
