I made it today. It's pretty good! The cream cheese filling is on point, not overly sour or sweet. I had a problem with the caramel, though. After I put the butter in, the melted sugar didn't incorporate with it and became useless. I had to do it again with only 20g of butter to get a good result. I also used half the amount of chocolate and heavy cream for ganache to get a thinner layer. Thank you for the recipe❤

I made this and it was great. I chopped the peanuts in the ganache and would do it for the peanuts in the caramel, too. This cake is fairly tall, so I should have lined my mold with acetate to give it a collar.

Ok so I made this today and I have to say this cake is a bit dry. The cream makes it a little better but still I would have wet the cake with milk to prevent that. Also, the cream filling flavor overpowers the caramel flavor a looot so I definitely would use less cream filling and more caramel and peanut. Will give this cake another go
