Should we not use the normalized weights for the criteria in the first few slides? Also (0.2768-0.3162)/(0.0709-0.1012) = 1.266 and not 0.42

Sir, if I want to rank few entities based on some beneficial and non-beneficial financial criteria having data value in positive, negative and zero, then (QUESTION 1) which MCDM techniques should I use to rank them?
(QUESTION 2) In such scenario, generally whether Distance-Based approach is preferable or outranking based approach is preferable?
