How did you adjust to sleeping on your back???
@@char2274 I put a heavy book on my stomach..if I tossed in my sleep, the book would wake me up, and I would correct my sleeping position.
That’s gonna be the biggest problem for me, if I don’t sleep I get anxiety, I’m a side sleeper. Hopefully things go well

I won't be able to do this because I can't sleep on my back! I'm a stomach or side sleeper. :(
I AM GOING THROUGH HELL HAVE HERNIATED DISK IN BACK AND i WAS NOT TOLD 6 WEEKS BACK SLEEP i AM UP ALL NIGHT LONG FEAR MY HEALTH WILLBE DAMAGED WOULD NEVER HAVE DONE

@@lf9341 that is not permitted he wants6 weeks which is think is a bit much of total back sleep most doctors 2 to 3 weeks
