This just makes me think of how I lie to myself everyday, I have a lot of work to do but instead I tell myself that I'll watch just this last RUclips video, or listen to this last song, or this last eastbound episode or this last wes anderson movie, these things that make u feel good for a bit but make u feel terrible on the long run I feel like I have little to no willpower I wonder how one develops it, sorry for sounding butthurt, depression is a bitch not like anyone cares what I think I just had to let it out

I used to be hella depressed and have procrastination issues but I’ve realized that as long as u move foward in any aspect of your life you aren’t doing too bad, I do not know your circumstances but I’ve been thru a lot of shit. And how I deal with it is i just simply keep going, I work a lot but my money isn’t well spent I still have problems with that, but I still keep going, it sounds easy when I say it, but it’s hard. It definitely is but as long as you’re breathing and I have food and electricity I’d say you’re doing okay in the physical aspect of life , and as long as u push yourself to keep fighting and keep going, on an emotional scale eventually it will help you out. I’ve been there I understand, I just hope this helped you somewhat
