I have been looking at tutorials for this origami tote bag, and this video has been the best explained. Besides that, the camera focus from above helps to visualize the demonstration. Thanks for sharing❤
Thank you for this tutorial. It is great bag and easy to do. I made an improvement. It's perfect for me, with 4' 11", but I have a friend who is 5' 10" and she found the handles short. In the middle I made an extension and reinforced it. If you have another tip, pls let me know. Thanks again!
That's awesome! I am so glad you could adjust it for someone taller, since I am 5'4" It didn't cross my mind that it would need to be adjusted for a taller person. So glad you did that! Happy sewing :)
Can you do a smaller version of this bag? I’m going to make this tote, but I would also love to have a purse size of this. I just found your channel and I am loving your videos‼️🥰
I am new to.sewing and was needing suggestions. What is the best washable fabric marker/pen/pencil/chalk to use when marking fabric for cutting? Thanks everyone!
Hello Paul, I have my favourites linked in the description of the video. But the frixion pens can have their lines reappear in extreme cold. The pencils and markers can wash away nicely and the chalk is good if using on a cutting line but I don't like to use it for quilting lines. Hope that helps.
Very simple I made a few bags . Your instructions are very simple .❤️❤️
I love this. It would make an awesome grocery bag. This will be added to the Christmas projects list. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Kami! And I totally agree, I am keeping mine in my car for those last minute grocery store pickups. Happy Sewing!
I would love to make this as a gift

@TamarasJoyDIY Thank you. There is always a solution! I'm happy with this bag.!
What fabric is best canvas or cotton fabrics
For this project a quilters cotton works great. A canvas may get too bulky.

That is a GREAT suggestion! I will think how to do that. If I do it would need longer straps…..🧐 but I think I would use a small version too!
