I want to say i really enjoyed todays topic , i like takling about problems and condtions of animals , livestock is my most favorite , being born and raised around them and still have them is always in interest to me , as i said livestock has a huge history in my family for generations , with that being said i have seen many things in my time happen , not only at my home but at my neighbors dairy farm , a place that i have spent a hole lot of time milking cows and everything else that goes with that , i also seen many things when i was working at the sale barn pushing cattle and other livestock threw the sale ring , i was also very active in 4-H in my time showing Beef cattle at the county fair ,from age 9 threw 19. My main projects were Market steers and breeding heifers . I also want to tell you i have an very old vetraniarian book from way back in 1908 , the remedes they used back then to cure .would kill an animal these days , and im talking about they used things like turpintine and gasoline , things like that , and as you know condtions back then are existing today , but now days their are conditions that werent existing back then , also no matter how much we may know about animals ,their is always new things to kearn regardles of how experianced a person is , this is a part of every day life , their will always be new things to learn.
