Harbor Freight Lights - Old vs. New - Spot, Fold-able Slim Bar and Tactical F-light

We review harbor freight lights sort of the old lights versus the new replacement. In most cases the new lights are an improvement. The spot light is now waterproof, more lumens and charges with a USB cable vs. an AC adapter. The fold-able Slim Bar light now has more lumens and now folds all the way as close to 360 degrees as you can get. The tactical flashlights are the same with the exception of a name change - Quantum vs. Braun.
