Original submitted support here: unassumingvenu...
A support that was initially submitted to Unassumingvenusaur's tumblr to be put into her wonderful Expanded Same Sex hack for Fire Emblem Fates, but hasn't been implemented yet since she passed the hack onto someone else nearly 2 years ago. Let's not forget her original hack and amazing work making it happen back when 3ds modding was still in it's infancy!
Soleil was literally told “being bi is ok” by her celebrity crush. That’s the dream.
Camilla: I have a gaydar that's out of this world Soleil.
This felt so personal to me because i have BEEN there, in both roles. This is so precious to me, thank you
I want Camilla to just accompany Soleil and tell them to back off for their own good anyways.
Thank you so much for this
I loved this so much
this was so lovely! I just adore these two 💕
Camilla my beloved
Sunset towns...
this support is so good i cried ❤
Does...Fates world HAVE homophobia? Like is that a concept that even exists in that world? I know people like to act like fictional worlds have the same levels of various bias to connect when writing, but in a world where changing your body is a spell away and making living creatures like faceless is common, is that a concept they even know about? From where would Soliel have ever met someone that would be against being anything but straight to know it?
Like nothing against the support, well written, understandable, all good. But now I'm just wondering in canon would that be possible. If you went to all 10 royals would any of them have any idea what homophobia is? Would Niles or Azama know?
I mean, you could look at magic. Fire and thunder magic are widely accepted specifically for their ability to kill, yet dark magic, the only magic tome able to heal, is very frowned upon. Similarly in our world, there are ways to change your gender, only through science instead of magic, yet homophobia is still alive. Exposure does not always equal acceptance
@@danielchen1047 I think you're mixing up your games, Fates doesn't have a stigma on healing tomes nor any magic and no one actually swaps gender that I can think of.
@@nahte123456 are you sure? I could have sworn that dark magic was frowned upon based on nyx's and that's support.
@@danielchen1047 Nyx is a unique case as she did magic so horrible she couldn't control it. Normal dark magic like Nosferatu or when Rhajat used her magic to heal a town in her mother's support is seen as fine mostly. Some normal civilians get scared about the scope but that's it.
@@nahte123456 Oh, ok. Although it's far less than i initially thought, there is still some people scared of it.
The main point of the above was that Fates probably does have homophobia, although probably limited in scope? Maybe?
