CORRECTION: Using Twitch's shoutout in the chat sub-action won't work, but you can use the Send Shoutout subaction with %targetUserName% (Twitch > Moderation > Send Shoutout). Thanks to pwnyy on tiktok for catching it!
This is wild. I'm just getting back into Twitch again, with multi-streaming, and need to set my bot/chat stuff up again. This is exciting to see. Thanks for all your awesome work!
This is amazing and I have added several other triggers like cheers and bits, is there a way to target people who have streamed rather than everyone? Like I have first word trigger, but obviously that shouts out streamelements, my personal bot and other bots as well as everyone else.
So i got the command set up for the chat but can i set a widget to go off on screen which shows a chip of there gameplay as well as there channel name and link?
You can right click on the action and hit test~ Also you create an IF statement after get target info "targetuser type" to check if they're affiliate. Just have it check chat messages as the trigger and it'll shout them out if they're affiliate~
I set this up how you showed but when I tested it in stream it spammed the shout out and included my nightbot and me and not the other account I used. How can I set it up to just auto send the Shoutout once?
Same, u have to download streamerbot first that a lot dont explain, as I am not technical it would be very usefull to find a tutorial on that. This is hurting my brain. Dont even know what to open in streamerbot after download
I understand it's convenient to automate something like this, but stopping what you're doing or putting a focus on the raid target personalizes it and the person that raided you is more likely to come back. Having yourself or a moderator shout out the person that raided you is more beneficial than automating this process.
I like your thinking, but for my stream, this is one of the best features. It allows me to stop and chat with the raider and raiders, but at the same-time shout them out. I do see your view.
I totally get where you're coming from but, I think the ability to automate the typing portion of the shoutout makes it so much easier to focus on the interaction yourself than trying to make sure you spell their name right etc
Hey there would you be able to help me setup a automatic sub hype via streamer bot? Lets say someone subscribes tier 1 on twitch and its not my channel, im just a moderator for the channel, how can I make the reply for that tier 1 sub - Thank you -username- for the subscription! *emotes* and etc. like Tier 2/Tier 3, for the total months theyve subscribed like Thank you -username- for the 15 month subscription! Also when people gift so a Thank you -username- for the gifted sub or if its more than 1, 5 gifted subs! Sorry if this was confusing but I havent found out how to make this anywhere

thank you for the correction bro!
what is the user login
@@fallen_god3 %targetUserName% goes in that field.
@@fallen_god3 In the login part you'll put in "%targetUserName%"
so in the sub-actions I put %targetUserName% (Twitch > Moderation > Send Shoutout)

Interesting. What would be the benefit of checking if they're affiliate or not?
Shoutouts to GaelLevel for making this cool video 😆
how would you set it up to play a clip when you do a shoutout?
Is there a way to do this for specific people/person rather than just a "Raider"?

@@beesechurger7667 I was not given an answer, however, I did find out you can from the streamerbot discord.
