He just goes on with the questions and follows them, all though they clearly have other things going around that they need to prioritise over a stupid paparazzi guy

Maybe for me this type of behavior isn't so annoying, because that guy is a paparazzi and it's is job to do what is doing in that video so I understand is behavior, but for others, like you or maybe Maddie, is annoying
