@2:52 if anyone was wondering what that flashing light was on the traffic light pole thing, it is a Opticom Receiver. On the fire truck there is a Opticom Emitter with sends a signal to the receiver, and when the receiver gets the signal, it turns the light green, and the receiver gets the signal, it will have a steady light, and when everyone else gets the red and the firetruck gets the green, it flashes letting the driver know that the intersection (should) is clear.
