I love Paper Crown Planner, her kits are so beautiful! I remember when she was on Etsy years ago. I only use printable kits for my planner. Beautiful spread as always, thanks for sharing.

Oh yay! If you have any similar shop recommendations I would very much appreciate them ❤️ I have a feeling she will be my main go to though!

what kind of paper/printer do you use? I want to printing my own but don't know which printer to use or what paper to buy or where to buy the paper. Any info would be appreciated.

@ I bought a cheap-ish photo printer when it was on offer at a local warehouse, it’s the canon TS 5351i and at the moment I’m using paper from Online Labels but it doesn’t feel like sticker shop premium matte paper so still on the hunt for good paper! I’ve used both their standard matte and waterproof matte, the waterproof is much nicer but still not that super soft thick sticker paper that shops like Miss and Meow uses so I’m hoping to eventually find something like that!

i love HWD’s paper quality in her planners. I’m back in her coiled planner and I’m thrilled. I did get Sadies stickers inserts for 2024 and had that paper issue. I reached out to them and they sent me a new set and the paper quality was much better and stickers came up much easier. Still not as good as HWD but better. I would suggest reaching out to them before you do too many spreads because that ripping issue was unbearable for me. it was easier to swap out the inserts.

I’ve sent them an email and will see what they say! It’s just a bit disappointing because I was so impressed with the last one from them. I’m glad to hear the quality at HWD hasn’t gone down!

Loving the spread, I'm loooking at moving to printables too, as you're right, its an expensive hobby. Still using Saides Stickers and The Pretty Pink Co for special spreads etc. Hope it's ok to ask, what sticker paper you are using? Off to explore the land of printables.

It’s really difficult to get that information! Some people have very kindly pointed me to various shops and links but I’ve gone for both the cheapest option and the waterproof matte option from Online Labels as I can get it easily in the UK. I’d like to try something from Amazon I think it was called Koala or something like that, Papershire posted about it recently and it looks nice! But the paper I bought works perfectly. I prefer the feel and quality of the waterproof but the saving on the cheapest option might just tempt me to stick with that!
I had thought about making some kits just for myself (I have no interest in a shop or anything like that) but I can’t for the life of me find where the bigger shops find their graphics. I can only find more cartoon style slip art on Etsy and other websites so that’s been frustrating.
It’s remarkably easy to use the PCP printable kits though, and I use GIMP to edit the PNG before putting into cricut to cut as then I can remove the things I won’t use to save on ink and paper.
I hope that helps and I hope you have fun figuring it out! I bought my cricut second hand off eBay as it worked out about £100 cheaper and I didn’t want any vinyl or other bits, just the cutter and cables, so that might be worth a look if you’re shopping around!

My 1st Sadie's Stickekrs planner was amazing! I had NO problem lifting stickers. And everyone was saying how great it was so I was sold. This year I went back to the Sadie's Stickes planner and I am very disappointed that EVERY SINGLE STICKER rips the page if you try to lift it. My daughter bought me a large 32 oz bottle of UNDO so thankfully I will be able to lift without tearing. But yeah, the quality of paper in the new planner is not up to par with past planners.

Such a shame! They said they haven’t changed manufacturer but that the materials the manufacturer uses might have changed (they wouldn’t know) but the quality has definitely gone down, such a shame! Hopefully they can figure out what’s going on before their next planner release 🤞

I have that same problem with the pages ripping. Years ago it didn't and then last year mine did and I questioned the shop about it along with an alignment issue. They said they didn't change paper. However I they sent me a replacement because of the alignment issue and the replacement didn't have to paper issue. Fast forward to this year and the paper is tearing again. It is frustrating.

Oh wow so it must be a known issue then! I don’t want to have to go through the fuss (and shipping cost) of replacing it so I’ll just have to be extra careful for this year but I really hope it’s a one off! Next year I might try Harriet Wright Designs again to see if hers is the same high quality as it was before, but it’s so far away to worry about just yet 🤣
