In today's video I talk about these new speakers from Triangle for the HiFi Audio Realm. These are part of an all in one system that includes 100 WPC amps, DAC and streamer that goes along with the speakers and it's all INSIDE THE SPEAKERS! This is quite the system for a small to mid sized room and takes minutes to set up before you can start streaming music from Apple, Spotify. Tidal. Deezer, Chromecast and Bluetooth!
These sound like a high end speaker and honestly like a $5k speaker within a $10k system. They are really really good and bring a big wide soundstage. nice imaging and a gorgeous top end that is immersive and open. These have body, life and sound incredible in the room.
The Capella system also does room correction with your iPhone or external mic, all built into the app. These beauties come in four colors such as Astral Blue, brown, black and white.
Enjoy!

The answer is simple: perfectly matched components. Many people underestimate the importance of this, but having the amplifier and drivers precisely tuned to work together is key to achieving the exact sound qualities envisioned by the engineering team. This is the reason why so many studios use active monitors.
Very nice review. I agree on everything, these Capella sound like 5k to 10k systems. I could not believe my ears at the shop, and ended buying a pair. 😊
Flavor of the month! Everything is good and beautiful 🤣
I had one of these in the Eighties.
It was called a Boombox. 👍
Welcome to french-fi! These tweeters are indeed great, have the same ones on the Australe EZ....
Wow! An amazing and gorgeous all-in-one hifi system! Thanks for the review.
Very interesting proposition! They look cool!
Just a beautiful finish!!! These are gorgeous, however, out of my price range. I hope they’ll introduce some passive choices with finish options that are the same or similar in the future!
Triangle is the best in the hi-fi world
Don’t know a better company for that price
I'm curious about the Cabasse wireless system.
Beautiful finish on these speakers.
Looks beautiful
I think that there IS a place for this "all in one" kind of solution for music lovers who aren't "hobbyists"
Does the hub have a sub out? Didn’t catch that. I realize it’s not necessary (neither is a CD player) , just curious. Thanks. Those are the prettiest speakers maybe I’ve ever seen
Can we access this playlist of yours? I wasn’t able to find it.
What about placement in the room ? Can they be right against the wall ?
Is there a way to hook-up a subwoofer to these? Looking at the Platin hub, it doesnt seem like there is a way to.
A subwoofer is essential.
I am sure they will come up with a wireless sub.
Interesting review...
The A10s are rated from 28Hz to 40kHz which is lower than the Capella so not really a fair comparison.
Interesting that you like the treble on the Capella.
(Would love to see Erin test them and see how they compare. )
I think these could be cool in the bedroom where you just plug in eArc to the TV and use them that way over a soundbar. (also more expensive than a sound bar, but hey... )
They definitely have WAF w no large amps and what not, plus just a power cable.
The A10s are rated from 28Hz to 40kHz which is lower than the Capella so not really a fair comparison. WHY, it's not about how much bass your speakers can play or bass extention but overall sound quality
@@gasolin75
Yeah... but Huff's comment was about the bass and its not like you're comparing two speakers that only hit into the 40's and compared them. The A10s are said to have amazing bass.
Maybe you’ll be reviewing Magnepans in the near future??!!??
With a 13x18 room you could do 2.7 or 1.7 or .7 or LRS+…..
Very nice ,I have heard (at Toronto Audiofest) the wireless Focals …$60k CDN …so it seems to be be the way of things .
Btw,I have the grandfather of these systems …the Klipsch 51’s powered speakers 😊
It would be interesting to compare this system to say the Electrocompanea amp, the Triangle three way speakers you reviewed last and the Eversolo DMP A10 streamer combo, just to see how close to their sound quality you can get for a quarter of the price.
You could get blown away by a garden hose.
When everything is great, nothing is great.
I agree
Don’t understand….??
What Mr. Craig means is that with the growing number of great options for audio equipment, nothing stands out. That’s not a bad thing.
Does it really have Tidal Connect, or is it through Chromecast?
thanks, as allways a great videoi
I couldn’t find the playlist on tidal? Got a link?
So how to find your playlist on tidal?
Thanks
What about sound quality of Hifi Rose RS 130 vs. AURALIC ARIES G2,2 ???
How lucky that everything you try is "extraordinary" I wish I had that luck...
Very nice review! Thanks for sharing.
same color with ATC 50th Anniversary SCM20ASL Limited Edition 😏 maybe review?
Hi please test kef reference 1 meta
Thanks ❤
No subwoofer is too hard a pill to swallow.
Hi. Is Bob Joyce Elvis?
Have you heard the Radiant Acoustics Clarity 6.2 ?
Anyone else still shopping for $300 dollar sound devices for $30 on marketplace ? I'm not dropping 3k$ 😂😂😂 I could but why!
No wonder hifi companies r going broke 😅😢 this is not that affordable to me 😢
How come these "fully wireless" speakers need a mains cable?
Vibration causes Jitter .. So they should call them Jitterbugs 😮😅😊
Huh? Bad timing in digital audio causes jitter. Vibrations produce distortion, and ringing effects. ✌️

As another poster noted - with well designed amps and DSP, a powered speaker is capable of things their unpowered brethren aren't. The trade-off is system flexibility - a decision to be made.
I have the SVS prime wireless pros paired with their 3000 micro sub, and it is a wonderful system. The total cost was about half this - you trade off a speaker wire for a power cord and some other refinements. But I wonder how much sound tradeoff there is.
Might be worth a look just to see what this powered speaker thing can do at a lower price range. (PSB also has offerings I'm interested in - they have a design philosophy I like) That said - this has some bells, whistles and functionality, that make it seem a fair value (if a little gucci LOL).
You worked very hard “ Not “ it hooks to a TV?? Does it???
Not to say
@@reserva120 It has a line in. How you get there is a you problem.
