- In this short video, Lon of www.singletrac... and Keith of / twowheelsondirt unpack “the Punch,” a mandatory maneuver for riding most trails in Sedona and other parts of the USA.
Thanks for sharing your experiences. It’s much appreciated
🙌
Kinda like a wheelie! I think climbing things like that rock are the coolest moves in mtb. I know there’s a lot of love for jumps and what not, but to me the ability to climb ledges and boulders are my most desired skill.
Thanks!
Awesome vid, thanks for posting. That little pedal stroke after doing the front wheel lift is a great little method that I hadn't thought to do, will definitely put it into practice on tech climbs.
Thank you 🙏
3:00 "Punch drunk", Ha! Sounds good! :D
😂
Lon brings me along for the comic relief... 😆
Looks good. The water right beside the rock ledge adds some pressure to clear the ledge.
Thanks 🙏
Endo turns on downhill switchbacks for your next one?? Another essential skill for desert riding. Great vid and simple explanation.
Thank you
Thanks. I’ll sub. I’m a 63 year old noob who can ride some blue (and even black), but not fast, or with style. Looking forward to learning (and practicing) more. Thanks again.
Right on!
I’m 66 and want to learn how to wheelie
I have hurt myself trying to do one of the tricks that you demonstrated. Can you please give me the name of your Lawyer. Thank you.
You just got yourself a new subscriber. I'm just good enough to really hurt myself and need help with this stuff.
Awesome; thanks 🙏
If we all go along, it’ll be a wagon train! Sweet!
I would call this un-weighing the back wheel instead of a punch like Jeff does.
Call it a fairy-cake if you like, it still worked😂
