vultures are like dogs, once you raise em they love you unless you are really mean. Once they finally leave they will probably come back every year to visit
smart animals, stick to the ones at the top of the food chain and get inifinite food for free
@apolloisnotashirt Also we humans throw a lot of trash away, and we have tons of dead rats and pidgeons around, so they know that humans equals food even if we dont feed them. My neighborhood is full of them, you see them flying around. And thank god for that cause those rats are stinkers
🥺
Yeah if it was only one that’s returned but if *both* came back he’s not gonna get rid of them lol
There's a rescue by me in NC that has their rehabbed vultures come back every month
At the wildlife hospital I worked at, we had a human-raised vulture named Vlad as an ambassador. He was everyone's favorite. He'd been accidentally released three times and came back each time. They're giant puppies. And they will keep returning, just fyi. It's not that they aren't wild, they just love you, Uncle Ben.
He has a way with all birds except the rheas, who to be fair, hate everything.
@@amicableenmity9820 Sometimes I wonder if they're compensating for the fact that they can't fly lol
or they rely on him food.
I now understand why California(?) used puppets to raise condor babies when had their agressive captive breeding program.
@@amicableenmity9820 Ironically, Karen is quite chill
Those vultures are a delight, I love how good they are at materializing behind Ben when he least expects it, staring at him silently.
Then there’s Kevin on a pseudo nest, trying to steal an egg, then changing his mind and taking his son’s nest before becoming an angry pancake.
These birds are hilarious
Kevin’s brain damage is so great he’s trying to steal his own kids
Seeing how cute the vultures are just shows how badly misrepresented they are. How can people think of them as bad or ugly? I think it's adorable of them to keep hanging around like dogs that can fly miles
Its discrimination because they are bald😔
Not even birds are spared bald discrimination😔
@@presidenttogekiss635to be fair, bald vultures are kinda ugly ngl
@@presidenttogekiss635 absurd 😔 and things like breaking bad are teaching everyone about bald people being villains, we need to change that image...
@@gabrieldinixsaitama comes to the rescue
The vultures are your goth adult children. Definitely not a phase!
I'm not surprised the Vultures keep coming back : They're social Birds far more intelligent than they get credit for.
Since you basically raised them, they most likely see you as part of the family thus they remain closeby so they can pay you a visit. In the wild, vultures keep close ties between family members, so it's not unexpected.
I’m kinda selfishly happy the tinky muppet vultures are still hanging around. I love them goobers.
7:50 I love how Kevin was like: "You know what? I'm gonna sit on these eggs......except for that one, screw that one"
Natural selection at work?
@@E.V.999Kevin: "I AM the natural selection!"
Yes
Certified evil behavior
I think he was planning to steal just an egg but then changed his mind when the opportunity to steal the whole nest show up😂
Kevin fake nesting and yoinking those eggs as soon as his son left was funny af.
Also, I LOVE those two vultures, I miss their little pitterpatter dance that they used to do but they're still so cute
I loved their little goober dancing too, they were cute as hell dispite being ugly as dogvomit but now they are a couple of handsome death heralds and I love them even more. I hope they stick, and they probably well, Ben was a good mama.
SAME, I'm really surprised at how different they look compared to how they were as babies. Not to mention coyote booboo being unrecognizable now, but at least the vultures still do their little noises. You could kind of hear them at the end of the video in the flight pin lol

@@AssaultFlamingo the goon boys
Going from raising Rea in his backyard to being able to buy release property, what a beautiful training arc.
Soulja Boy and Kevin are actually a pretty good duo when parenting.
Soulja is a good provider but not quite defender, while kevin is a good defender but not really a good provider. Amazing we get to actually witness this on the channel.
Unlike father unlike son
The vultures following you around is so cute. Also patrick looking like an adult.
I will never complain about more vulture content, those little guys are awesome
man i loved the vultures when they were those weird ah ah fluffy boys but now that their feathers have grown in and theyre coming back im really sad theyre gonna leave soon. i wish those boys the best
It really depends. Vultures associate human dwelings with food even when you dont feed them as babies because, well, theres a lot of food in our trash.
My own neighborhood is full or urban vultures
They probably won't be leaving, vultures are like flying dogs, give them food and affection at a young age and they won't leave your side
Even if you absolutely try to get them to leave, they won't
Those Vultures have lots of character! They might need names if they stick around for a long time.
Vultures are amongst the birds that will imprint on you badly. unless you are wearing stuff to make it so you dont get reconised. the vultures will imprint on their care givers and unless you do somethign bad enough to make them hate you. you will find these 2 visiting you every time they can. so congrtas on the 2 vultures
I realize that is why California(?) used puppets when raising condor chicks during their extremely successful condor captive breeding program.
We have 28 turkey vultures and 6 black vultures that have roosted in my backyard for 17 years. When we first moved in and heard them trampling on the roof at 6am it scared the heck out of me. We prob spent the first 2-3 years complaining about them and trying to figure out how to get rid of them but over the years I’ve just learned to embrace them. Now they play in the backyard with the dog toys, sunbathe, and takes baths in large tubs of water we use for the dog. Two of the black vultures come right to me. It’s crazy how comfortable they have become with me.
Wow!
Thanks for being realistic about the darker sides of animal rescue and care. It's something not enough people consider realistically.
"I want to save animals!"
"What if you can only ease their last moments or put them out of their misery?"
"I want someone else to save animals!"
Vultures are actually one of the most sociable and most loving birds out there! Unless you move to a different state the will follow you back home and keep and eye on you because they see you as part of the family! You can release them all you want but they will come back. They can hunt on their own they just want to be social and play is all
Bing ounce literally saved me from a paragliding accident back in 1995. Truly a hero of all time
Lol throwing Garbanzo Beans never gets old😂 I really like the verse of the day you shared with us.
VROOOOM
Truly an uncle ben classic
Love that Big Ounce healed all the animals in the rehab for Labor day and all.
The vultures have become some of my favorite creatures ever featured on the channel. I'm sad they have to go 😢. But it's fun to watch them hang out and fly around the farm for now!
I just love the vulters! I really hope they make your house their home or semi-home. Would have been so cool. Great work as always Ben, I have seen all your videos since the almost very start. Its insane to think about the so innocent start with Kevin with this amazing rehab center. Best regards from Norway.
Garbanzo Beans has acquired his factory reset feathers. Soon, he will go back to normal.
Can’t wait to hatch my new Dog eggs while watching Uncle Ben’s rescue ranch!
Hal Laboratory Dog Eggs
those vultures be asking uncle ben when dinner time is
You are really blessed to have the love & patience to take care of the creatures that need you!! I once had a small animal farm but had to sell them to move to help mom take care of dad! Life takes you down some unexpected paths!!! Love you bud!!
The urban rescue ranch is like the benevolent twin of Waco wildlife rescue! Lols 🤗!!
Something about watching Kevin, the most violent creature at the ranch, gently tuck the eggs underneath him is some goddamn wholesome and sweet, i forgot he was a creature with murderous intent for a minute there. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️
Hi, I’m a bird nerd. Getting Vulture’s to become unattached is so difficult that the only consistent way I’ve heard of people doing to get them unattached is physically harming them which I know Uncle Ben would never do. Free waste disposal!
Congrats on 3 Million subscibers ! Keep making us smile thru your videos.
Having Vultures as additional ambassador animals for the ranch sounds great, honestly.
Especially with the bad rep vultures constantly get...I've grown so attached to them since they were fluffy little scruffy bobbing things...
They kill cattle, they are invasive, why are people falling for this? These aren’t the turkey vultures that just eat the dead, these things are far more aggressive and will kill a calving cow.
Vultures are extremely affectionate animals, even in zoo's (if I'm not mistaken) they get up to the care taker they like the most and show that they like them.
Imho your vultures are coolest animals you've had here. They fly up 1000ft, looking for food. Then dive back down to your home to chill out. 😮
Buying land for optimally releasing the animals. You are such a champ and for all the animals that you meet a literal godsend 🥰
Uncle Ben, you have cured me of my fear of vultures! I always thought they were very scary and cringe, but I don't feel that way now!! They are sweet precious creatures!! Now, if you can cure me of my fear of eating mayonnaise!!!
I love seeing the vultures following uncle Ben, he is like a real life druid mama.
You're a stud... thanks for kindness to the creatures.

As wholesome as your videos are, I'm always amazed by the amount of work and effort you put in for these magnificent creatures.
Love all the sweet animal updates and the encouraging scripture at the end! Thank you for sharing the joy you’ve received from the Lord with us, Uncle Ben! God bless!!!💕
You can skip to any point in a urban rescue ranch video and its always pure comedy gold
I love it when Kevin acts like a responsible dad lol
I love the vultures and I’m so happy they’re sticking around. Not cringe at all Unc
Bringing in carrion to attract other vultures so they can play with the neighbor kids 🤣 That's so hilarious.
Kevin LARPing as a father. 😂
And thanks for the Scripture of the Day!
So vultures apparently make pretty chill pets and bond rather easily with humans. Also, the shoebill stork kinda does that too. Both species equally surprisingly chill.
I love te vultures, they're lil goobers
(7:53) "Kevin was just LARPing the whole time!"😂
Face it Ben, you’re the vulture dad now… 🤣
Coyote Boo-boo is so grown up now!! Look at him!
I love that your vultures love you (and do not think that negatively impacts their wildness or detracts from the success of the rehabilitation). I even sort of love that your dogs are convinced they are villains because my beloved first dog was also absolutely convinced vultures were villains. That little tidbit reminded me of her, which is always a bittersweet thing, but I am grateful. ❤❤
Omg is that Jeremy fragrance (yes you should call one of the skunks that)
POWER
Wow.. Booboo is so big now.. I cant believe he was so tiny and has come so far. Well done Ben, you do an incredible job. ❤
Thank you Uncle Ben for your videos ❤ always makes everyone’s days betters seeing videos! Godbless the Urban Rescue Ranch and BIG OUNCE!
yeah, most people don't actually get labor day off. Any regular job, usually. But we did have super cute bandana's for the dogs after their grooms!
Your vids make me insanely happy
Wow, those vultures really love you. So cute.
The vultures and coyote grew up to be so beautiful all of the animal babies are growing up so fast
Love this man, he’s hilarious. We need to protect this man ❤
I was rewatching his videos from 4 yrs ago and wow some of them are hysterical. The last one had Ben with" Blonde hair"!😮😮😮 He looks like he's in a boy band! 😅😅😅 Uncle Farmer Ben has come soooo far! Happy Labor day!❤❤❤
0:33 He’s the chosen one, THE LABOR OWL!
That new property is epic man. Happy for you.
Give my regards to Big Ounce, will ya.
Love you Ben. You are the best channel on this stinky site. Keep it up. So happy to see you and the animals thriving.
they rewarded papa by flying so high in the airrrr dang i wouldve been so damn proud its also God subtly saying "good job Son"
5:19 uncle ben, you have never sounded this southern before.
HAHAHAHA!! Kevin LARPing being a dad. I died.
We had an older woman in the neighborhood who used to feed the vultures. She had tons of vultures that would hang out at her house all the time.
They call those “witches.”
Omg the vultures are just another Garbonzo Bean without the biting lmaoooooo
I always knew Big Ounce would be back one day! God truly does work in mysterious ways...
the little precious creatures are forever grateful❤
Omg, it’s so cute that your vultures don’t wanna leave 🥹 your videos cured my depression 🙏
I've heard that vultures are like crows, they're able to remember human faces and will come back to visit from time to time
I always liked vultures and these are so cute and actually beautiful. One time I was at the beach and there was a whole crew of vultures just sitting there watching... that was a little spooky.
My friendly neighbourhood vultures 😭 love that
I bet having this guy as a dad would be so much fun
10:04 AH! Well here's your scripture for the day: “Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle but also to the cruel.” (1 Peter 2:18)
Because our reward is not here but in heaven!! Thank you for pointing this out!🙏👍👍
@@coreyrowe2052 no because the bible is an evil book written by evil people!
I love the vultures, so happy to see them again
9:56 WHAT ACH ENEMY 😳 who would’ve thought that their enemies now
Vulture flying in the distance *Uncle Ben* "I taught him how to do that" xD
If the vultures keep coming back at least they're not wearing a yellow bunny suit and saying I always come back😅😂.
Those vultures are gorgeous.
8:28i miss that sound😂
The frog came early D:
The vultures are one of my favorite animals on the ranch right now, them flying back makes me a bit happy xD
Ahhh don't worry what other rehabbers say... There is a million ways to skin a deer, an people are always offended when you don't do it the way they do. I'm sure Noah had a great relationship with the Animals on the Ark, and look how well they did! Plus we like to see animal human relationships, because most of us will never get to experience a bond with so many different species.
Appreciate the Scripture! I'd love to see that become a regular thing.
Those vultures are so cute. I'm curious how long they'll stick around.
Never would've thought that the vultures arc would become my fav at the ranch
HOORAY!! I REMEMBER BACK IN 82’ WHEN COACH DIDNT PUT ME IN 4TH QUARTER. THEN! BIG OUNCE CAME AND SAVED ME! I WENT PRO! /j
The vultures just love you Uncle Vulture Dad Ben 🖤🖤

Happy Labor Day brother- keep up the amazing work
Vultures can imprint on their human caregivers, and it seems despite Ben's best efforts and minimal contact they still seem very attached (Which is cute, ngl)
I've seen other sanctuary's or zoo's cover their faces and use puppet's to ensure no imprinting, which may be a solution if this ever becomes an issue for future vulture rescues
It’s nice to see everything up to date on the URR. Good job uncle ben
Uncle Ben has redeemed humanity in the eyes of those vultures, even after what those creeps did to them.. they'll never leave unless he breaks their hearts.
May God bless you in everything you do Uncle Ben. Stay strong and stay safe. Your community loves you for this as always.
I’m high, I saw, I clicked. Not mad that was fun. I subscribed. Vultures are cool AF
Jesus bless you and your children Uncle Ben 🥰🙏
Those vultures are so precious !
These vultures are everything. I love them so much.
Glad the vultures came back, they were my faves, always made me smile
