Can you still get voice feminization surgery after Adam zapple is removed?
Your Larynx (Adam’s Apple) doesn’t get removed as that is dangerous and you would lose your voice. What the surgeon would do is shave down the front of your Trachea (the lining of the windpipe that surrounds the Larynx) to make the bulge in the throat less visible. You can have both a Tracheal shave and Vocal chord surgery. With vocal chord surgery the surgeon can shorten the length of the vocal chord in order to give your voice a higher pitch that will sound more feminine.

Speaking from experience? I’ve been unfortunate enough to see the profound effects gender dysphoria has on a human, it scared the shit out of me returning home one day and finding a s u i c i d e note. The truth is, you just cannot live a decent quality of life with the world against you, especially in the work arena, not to mention the hatred and vitriol most trans women face daily. If them getting facial surgery (that honestly…you probably wouldn’t have a clue if someone had the procedures done at all had it not been for this video) helps them live their lives with confidence,profound happiness and better safety…who are you to try gaslight them otherwise?. Be toxic but don’t project it onto other people Julie.

The fact that they are transitioning means they acknowledge and love their true selves. Something you would know if you're the type of person to listen to others about their experiences that you don't have, but sadly you're one of those with harmful blatant assumptions who treats their opinions as basis of facts. Scary cus that inhibits your personal growth.
